I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on *******, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact *******. Fair enough, I've contacted ******* explained the situation. ******* said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. On top of that , the daily rate presented is misleading , because they charge 750 dollars as " taxes " on top of total. Super shady.

Shady place , don't book. I've booked through ******* and they messaged me saying that there was no availability and I've asked for a refund. They asked me to contact ******* which I did. ******* needed authorization from the hotel to process my refund which they did not provide!! So basically they wanted my money without providing any service. Also don't trust the 350 daily rate they will charge 750 as " taxes " on top of a 2 day stay.

Very large and very spacious villa. On the other hand, very disappointed with the decor outside when we arrived. Garbage all over the field plus empty paint cans and a broken basketball hoop lying around. The beds need to be renewed, especially the 2 smallest rooms, very uncomfortable. The pool water was green so no swimming. They came to clean it after 6 days since we had made the request. For the B.B.Q. the bottle was empty and we had to crush it. The home theater doesn't work, it's not even plugged in. Fortunately, Shanta (Ron's cousin) was very attentive to our requests and was very available and cheerful. Ron must do his homework and improve his Villa. Refurbish the villa well with good beds, clean the place and especially clean the swimming pool, this place would be heavenly. The view is really beautiful and the sunsets are magnificent. We still enjoyed our stay, despite the unforeseen events.
