Tout d'abord , les photos sont des mensonges, il n'y a pas de spa dans l'hotel, il est a 600 metres et est payant c'est une honte d'afficher les photos d'un spa et d'une piscine ainsi que de l'ecrire dans la description, alors qu'il n'y a rien dans l'hotel, ensuite l'hotel date des années 70 , tout est vieux dans les chambres, les serviettes de bain doivent avoir 20 ans des modeles d'antiquite , comme les meubles, les terrasses sont vieillissantes, l'eau est froide pour la douche, il y a une bouilloire avec du the mais pas de cafe,etc..bref ce n'est pas du tout un 4etoiles, un 2 etoiles et encore.. je ne recpmmande pas

Tralasciando il materasso scomodissimo e lo staff poco professionale, io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo avuto problemi con la Spa. Dislocata a 1km dall’hotel, una volta arrivati, non ci hanno fatto accedere alle piscine perché sprovvisti del voucher di accesso che l’hotel ci avrebbe dovuto fornire. Non solo non è stato fatto nulla da parte dell’amministrazione dell’albergo per risolvere la situazione sul momento con il centro benessere, ma una volta tornati ci hanno pure liquidato dicendo di rivolgerci all’agenzia (Veepee) con la quale era stata fatta la prenotazione della camera per l’eventuale rimborso. Nessuna intenzione di rimediare all’errore commesso, ora capisco il perché di certi sconti in alta stagione…

la struttura è posizionata in un posto incantevole lontano da traffico e rumori, personale gentile e preparato. Ottima la cucina e la prima colazione. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Molto consigliato per gli amanti della natura.

Hotel with slightly dated but very nice rooms in a fantastic, very quiet place. Breakfasts and dinners excellent and very varied. There is a spa but not tried because it is far from the hotel (the only flaw). All the staff are very kind. Excellent cost/quality ratio.

I had already been a guest of this structure several times since 2014.... The hotel is a true work of art in the complex of the Eni village, built by the visionary mind of Enrico Mattei.... Unfortunately the current management leaves a lot to be desired ..... the kitchen is not up to a 4-star hotel, although the workers are to be commended for their kindness and courtesy ..... For the rest it was a disappointing return ... .. I found myself with the room not made up and most of the time the water in the shower was cold ....... Surely many errors will be filed later ..... I sincerely hope so because the structure requires better management ...... cmq nice holiday

Tremendamente delusa dal servizio. Gestione della struttura da incompetenti, direttore maldeducato e poco accogliente con noi clienti anzi dire offensivo nei nostri confronti è riduttivo. La cucina non è delle migliori e il personale di sala per quanto volenteroso è troppo inesperto. Si salva qualche elemento della reception, ma la scelta di non tornare mai più in questo albergo la dice lunga su come sono stata trattata io e i miei compagni di viaggio. Non consiglio a nessuno questa struttura.
