Ho avuto il piacere di pranzare in questo bellissimo hotel e posso solo che dire: -cucina fantastica curata nei minimi dettagli e in tutta la sua freschezza -lo staff educato e professionale -location curata con un fantastico giardino -pulizia impeccabile Tornerò sicuramente molto volentieri

Das Hotel ist ca. 50 Jahre alt, aber im sehr guten Zustand, wir denken das es in den letzten Jahren aufwendig renoviert wurde. Der 70 Jahre Stil wurde beibehalten und Konsequent durchgezogen. So findet man viele nostalgische Elemente. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und sehr sauber, das Bad wurde modern umgebaut. Die Lage an sich, direkt am See mit eigenen Zugang ist schon Toll. Die Liegewiese mit Pool und Badehaus ist wirklich gelungen. Das Personal überaus freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen war auf hohem Niveau aber in Südtirol geht das besser. Das Hotel ist kinderfreundlich. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen und werde sicherlich wieder dort übernachten!

Großartige Lage am See.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem bezaubernden Hotel am Ufer des Kalterer Sees war einfach perfekt! Die Lage ist traumhaft und das Ambiente im Stil der Siebzigerjahre verleiht dem Hotel eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer bot einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den See. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das freundliche Personal, der Service war ausgezeichnet, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Beeindruckt waren wir auch von der hervorragenden Küche - jeder Bissen war ein Genuss! Wir freuen uns schon darauf, diesen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt zu wiederholen.

Raramente ho pranzato in ristoranti che offrono una tale cura nella presentazione dei piatti...veramente delle opere d'arte. Porzioni abbondanti e location perfetta, cornice di un pranzo super! Camerieri molto gentili e disponibili anche se non impeccabili, ma l'esperienza vissuta è stata fantastica!

Il ristorante del Seehotel Ambach sul Lago di Caldaro è un'esperienza gastronomica imperdibile. La sua alta cucina è un vero tripudio di sapori raffinati e presentazioni artistiche. La vista spettacolare sul lago aggiunge un tocco di magia al pasto, creando un'atmosfera indimenticabile. Il servizio è impeccabile, attento ad ogni dettaglio, assicurando che ci si senta coccolati. Un luogo ideale per una pranzo speciale o per chi cerca una vera esperienza culinaria.

Vom Zimmer, vom Restaurant, von der Terasse - von überall ein unvergesslicher Blick auf den See; In der stilvollen Architektur von O. Barth zaubern die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter:innen und die kreative Küchenmannsschaft eine familiäre Atmosphäre, von der der Abschied schwerfällt.

Seehotel Ambach is located in a prime location on the shore of Lake Caldaro, a bucolic village on the famous Strada del Vino. The structure, inspired by 1970s postmodernism, is a real spectacle for architecture lovers, with a combination of open spaces, double height, colorful furnishings and large entrances that create a welcoming and unique atmosphere. The hotel is vintage in spirit, but offers all the modern comforts, such as a spa with sauna and outdoor pool, creating a perfect balance between past and present. The restaurant, from its terrace on the lake shore, offers a breathtaking view of the water and the surrounding mountains (our room had the same fantastic view from the balcony!). The chef and his team are true culinary artists. They create amazing dishes, based on fresh and natural ingredients. They gave us a culinary experience we will never forget. The evening menu of your choice (5 courses) and the dessert buffet on Saturday are both extraordinary – I recommend them! Finally, the hotel has a professional, attentive and very friendly staff, which made our stay really pleasant and relaxing. P.S. The hotel provides pedal boats and bicycles to safely explore the surroundings. In fact, there are various well-marked cycle paths and trails to follow, including a very easy circuit of the lake. I highly recommend it to anyone!
