Great located right in the main area of Limone and in front of the port. Pool has a nice view, and hotel it’s clean and well maintained.

Hotel has an excellent location right on the lake side in the old town. The shuttle service from the upper car park worked well and was an experience due to the golf buggy going right through the narrow streets. The reception and the actual hotel has a strange arrangement. You book in at one place and then walk through the restaurant area and up to your room
If in the front annex. The room was modern and comfortable but needed a little bit of tlc paint wise. The view however from our balcony was to die for. We watched all the ferries coming into dock and all the day trippers coming and going. Limone Sul Garda is a tourist magnet but much more tranquil in the evening. Breakfast compared to other hotels we stayed in was 5 out of 10. Limited seating on the front terrace and a bit cramped. It a lot of personal feel to the place. We felt very young due to the clientele!

This hotel sadly did not live up to expectations. On arrival we were received in a shabby reception area in need of an upgrade and nothing 4* about it. We were taken to our room on the first floor, room 102 as we had requested a lake view. The room was very poorly decorated with dark grey walls with coloured painted panels and dark brown wardrobe and dressing table. Bedside tables consisted of a split tree trunk and three legged stool both painted bright red and barely big enough to put a book on. The terrace window opened onto a long narrow balcony from the end of which the Lake was visible. It was not possible to see properly in the room without all the lights on as very little natural light. The balcony was open to the swimming pool area and afforded no security meaning the balcony doors couldn’t be left open at night. LThe bathroom had clearly been upgraded recently with a large shower, bidet, toilet and sink but again poor lighting for shaving or make up and no shaving mirror. We were booked half board (big mistake). Each night we had to choose the following nights’ meals out of a choice of 3 items per course and dessert was whatever they wanted to give you. The choices were poor. The food at best luke warm. We had to sit in an area separate from the ‘public’ restaurant part of the hotel. To get downstairs we had to use the filthiest back staircase which had obviously had food and drinks spilt regularly on it and was threadbare, Nothing 4* about this. Breakfast had a reasonable choice of pastries and cold meats but hot food (warm) consisted of scrambled or boiled eggs. Would not recommend this hotel but must add that the head waiter in the residents’ part of the restaurant was lovely, friendly, funny and helpful. Thank you Hassan. The bar area of the hotel was incorporated in the main restaurant but on asking for a drink one night about 21.45 we were refused as they were closing! We were residents and he was a very obnoxious waiter.

Small, old - style charming hotel , located right beside the water, at the quieter end of the village, yet next to the ferry boats. Meals were freshly prepared and plentiful. Fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, smoked salmon and a hot buffet , with pastries and very good coffee for breakfast. An excellent and varied 4 courses at dinner time, all beautifully cooked and presented. A perfect spot for a relaxing week.

Had lunch in this hotel and found mixed service from waiters was grunted at a few times from an older man and younger waiters were very pleasant. Food was bland nothing special but views from table area were amazing. Prices a little higher than similar places

What a little gem of a Hotel. Fabulous location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious lunch and dinner. We particularly liked our table for evening meal, right on the lakeside and it was so nice to have a choice of meal served to our table. We chose to eat in the Hotel every night because it was real quality restaurant standard food. Unlike a lot of Hotels in Limone the Hotel was a short stroll to the centre along traffic free streets with a choice of bars & restaurants only moments away. And it was on the level ! We were transferred from the coach stop to the Hotel by a little golf cart provided by the Hotel - that was fun ! Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only thing which could have been improved was if it had a balcony but some rooms did have a balcony so if this is important to you try to arrange this in advance. We loved it here and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in the annex (no 7) across from the main hotel. Good size room for two, with balcony looking over the lake and ferry embarking station, superb views and great for people watching early evening. Room cleaned and towels changed daily. Breakfast buffet style fresh and plentiful. Hotel is in a prime location, but there is more to this hotel, all staff contribute to a friendly well run hotel.
