Je n'ai jamais vu une gestion aussi désastreuse. Ils ont annulé ma réservation sans m'en informer, puis l'ont reconfirmée sans mon accord, avant d'encaisser les frais sans que je ne mette jamais les pieds dans l'hôtel. Malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact pour éclaircir la situation, aucune réponse satisfaisante. Ce genre de comportement est tout simplement inacceptable et frise l'escroquerie ! Je demande un remboursement immédiat, et j'exige que la direction prenne ses responsabilités. À bon entendeur : évitez cet établissement à tout prix si vous tenez à votre argent et à un minimum de respect.

Consiglio assolutamente soggiornare nella terra dei sogni ,una vera oasi e pace,atmosfera rilassante e molto piacevole con vista affaccio piscina/ristorante o affaccio balcone con vista Etna. Servizio e ospitalità molto cordiale, e molto disponibili!! Camere molto pulite e confortevoli con area relax privata per ogni camera. Un’altra nota positiva il ristorante,di ottima qualità il cibo ,piatti veramente soddisfacenti e porzioni abbandonati. ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO!!

Cet hôtel est juste magnifique ! Nous y avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants de 6 et 12 ans… Tout d’abord, il est très bien situé; proche de l’Etna et de Taormina; avec une vue depuis l’hôtel sur le volcan. Les chambres sont propres et elles disposent d’une terrasse équipée d’un parasol, une table et des chaises. La piscine possède un bar qui propose des cocktails agrémentés de petits amuses-bouches pour les adultes et de glaces italiennes pour le plaisir des enfants. Le restaurant, quand à lui, propose des mets variés. Dommage que la carte ne comporte pas de pizzas. Enfin, la grande piscine a fait la joie de mes enfants. Cet hôtel est parfait en tout point et dispose d’un grand parking. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. Nous y retournerons

Bella struttura molto suggestiva e ben organizza. Dotata di una bella piscina dove poter rilassarsi. Il ristorante è disponibile per i pranzi e le cene con menù alla carta. Ottima cucina anche per i celiaci. Si potrebbe migliorare l'assortimento della pasta senza glutine, per due volte i piatti ordinati sono stati proposti con le pennette, che per carità sono buone, ma per certi piatti come lo scoglio è imprescindibile lo.spaghetto. Ottima e varia colazione. Personale disponibile e gentile. Unico neo nella nostra stanza il bidet troppo vicino al muro e al vater, praticamente inutilizzabile, però la doccia ha compensato il piccolo disagio.

This is really an Amazing place to rest,Our apartment was big and very nice and clean.Staf were very nice, helpful and kind.breakfast was good,as they served us for gluten free, lactose free egg free.food was delicious.And the view was really Amazing,we could see Etna on the move too.

Hotel muy tranquilo ubicado ideal para visitar la zona, Etna, Taormina,etc.Habitaciones espaciosas, limpias y modernas. Piscina correcta. Cenamos una noche en el restaurante del hotel, bien y muy acogedor. Desayuno bastante completo. Lo unico los camareros demasiado encima para retirarte cosas de la mesa. Si te toca habitacion con vistas al volcan, precioso. Para repetir.

This beautiful location has a staff that goes out of its way to provide a good service. The receptionist (didn't catch her name) made some excellent recommendations and helped us with reservations. It is a relaxing place, and if you want to tour the East coast of Sicily, it is a great place to base yourself. The breakfast is great, and the rooms are comfortable. The only fly in the ointment is intermittent Wi-Fi, and there was a power cut, but these things happen.
