The location of the hotel is far from the center, so it is not very convenient and it is necessary to have transport. It is a very well-kept, clean 4-star hotel and the staff is particularly kind and attentive. However, the inconvenience that occurred upon my arrival was resolved only after 24 hours: there was no hot water due to a fault. This created quite a bit of inconvenience and I would have expected that the first day would come to me in its revised cost... it would have been a welcome attention. Honestly, I would not return to this beautiful facility, since being forced to take the car to get off and park in Soverato is truly a challenge in the summer period. This is the reason for my barely sufficient rating.

I booked my holiday in this property based on the photos seen on the internet: compared to other hotels in Soverato it didn't seem bad to me. In general the structure is not bad, it has excellent potential but is not taken care of enough, in the evening it is poorly lit and the entrance is unattended. The room we were given was in poor condition: the door was in terrible condition, the air conditioner was noisy and dripped water on the floor, not to mention the tub without a shower head and the water was cold for the entire stay. Even though I had warned of the lack of hot water, no action was taken and at the time of payment I was not even given a small discount for the inconvenience caused. Sorry to say but it wasn't a good stay; I'm making a point exclusively in favor of the always cheerful and helpful staff, but we're not sure about the management. The customer pays and demands the services, in doing so he never comes back. The breakfast was good and plentiful, there is no objection to this.

The structure is really beautiful, it is located on a hill 5 minutes from the center of Soverato, surrounded by greenery... breathtaking views, absolute tranquility. In my opinion it is the best location in Soverato. We were also lucky because we stayed there on a week when the hotel was not particularly busy. The staff is attentive, kind and helpful (reception, breakfast room, bar and cleaning service). The rooms are spacious and soundproofed (it's been ages since I slept in such a quiet and comfortable room thanks also to the double glazing and home automation). The swimming pools are also beautiful (even if showers are absent). Laundry service is not provided. The SPA will be opened next year and I am sure it will be the flagship of the Villa. Large, covered parking. Only drawback: lift out of service for 7 days.

Circa una settimana fa ho soggiornato a Villa Ersilia per un weekend a Soverato con le amiche e sono rimasta super soddisfatta. Personale disponibilissimo e gentilissimo, abbiamo potuto disporre della piscina anche l’ultimo giorno quando dovevamo andare via. Camere molto ampie e ben tenute, ma il pezzo forte è sicuramente la piscina, che è proprio come nelle foto. Spero un giorno di ritornare!

Accommodations were wonderful! My family of 8 stayed in the beautiful villas. Reception was so warm and welcoming! The staff went over and beyond to make our family stay as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed a continental breakfast for the four mornings and food was delicious. Hotel was perfectly situated for us to travel to Satriano and want to thank everyone for the exceptional service!!
