Perfect in almost every sense. We travelled back from Ancona to the UK and the location, just off the Autostrade, is ideal & much more convenient than Reggio Emilia where we have stayed on the same journey for the last 15 years ! The large secure parking area is a real benefit when travelling with a boat trailer. All staff are very helpful & welcoming and the rooms spacious and very clean..We enjoyed dinner in the hotel which was good quality & value. The buffet breakfast has a fair selection too . We have just booked for our trip next July

I think one of the saddest hotels I've frequented in the last 10 years. I arrived at 9.15pm and found practically everything closed, the hall in semi-darkness, the bar closed, all in an atmosphere of abandonment. After walking along a corridor similar to The Shining and also quite smelly, I took possession of my room, dark, very sad, with decidedly basic and old-fashioned furniture. I can't complain about the size, even the bathroom, but everything is really sad, dark and anonymous. He had to call the reception because the ceiling of the room was inhabited by several mosquitoes; shortly after, a bottle of anti-mosquito poison was delivered to my room to spray... But I say: we are in Cremona in an area full of mosquitoes, but why not equip the rooms with a stove instead of giving the customer the task of spraying a poison around the room? After this experience and a barely decent sleep I had breakfast in an equally sad room, no table was set and mine wasn't set either. Here I had a really basic breakfast with little choice and again very very sad. I will not return.

The service staff are very good. But in the decoration, there is lidl nearby. It is very convenient to buy food and daily necessities. There is also a bus stop at the door, which is convenient to go to the old town.

GGuest UserI was dismissed from the hospital last night after an operation in the day Hospital. The operation ended late and not being from Cremona with the bad weather and night I didn't feel like to make a car trip. I decide to stay on the site and they recommend that I go to Viscondi hotel site just 200 m. I walk, in the reception there is no look more than 5 minutes ... no one, I try to show me in the room, finally approaching an old lady who teams me from head to foot (I was in a dress and a cravatta of Marinella, and a wet from the rainfall) . I wonder if he had a free room and here comes the beautiful : he says immediately whispering that he believes that he does ... then pretends to look on the screen where I see clearly that there was no screen inherent to the rooms and reaffirms that the hotel was all The hotel is a very good hotel, and the hotel is a good hotel.

Very Good
The good - staff is very friendly, the hotel is in good location. The not so good - parking is difficult to find and the walls are paper thin. I booked a night and requested a parking space for my stay. The hotel ”missed it” and I spent about an hour looking for a spot to park as there was a football championship game in town. It was frustrating to say the least especially as I had proof that I had made the request with confirmation of it from the hotel. At one point, they suggested I park in a lot that was a 30 minutes walk from the hotel. Um...no I was finally ”allowed” to park in the hotel parking garage for a few hours but had to move by a certain time that evening. I was actually ready to cancel the booking as I had a car and no place to park when there was a miraculously empty spot on the street in front of the hotel. Like I said, staff was kind but this hotel was a one and done for me.

I found myself stranded in Cremona for the evening due to a cancelled train, and when the first hotel I booked let me down I found myself staying here for a night. As it turned out, this wasn’t at all an unpleasant stay. Room was sizeable and clean, comfortable double bed with Sky TV and a kettle with a few teabags. There’s a vending machine at the lobby, and the location is actually very central if you’re not arriving in a rush one night. About 15 min walk from the train, and surrounded by shops in the city centre. I didn’t have time to sample the breakfast, but the restaurant looked lovely, my only real complaint was that the started digging up the road literally outside the hotel at around 8am in the morning. I know not strictly the hotels fault but it did marr my stay
