Nella camera Deluxe ci è risultato impossibile regolare l'acqua su una temperatura che non fosse rovente; contattata la reception (con il nostro telefono personale, visto che non era possibile farlo col telefono della stanza), il personale non è riuscito a risolvere il problema. Abbiamo dovuto rinunciare a lavarci. Del resto, la vasca era sporca. Al momento del check out, quando era ormai troppo tardi, la receptionist ci ha finalmente spiegato come regolare l'acqua, un metodo impossibile da intuire (come da lei stessa ammesso), in mancanza di qualsiasi tipo di segnalazione sul rubinetto. Ci saremmo aspettati perlomeno un forte sconto, laddove invece ci è stata abbonata soltanto la tassa di soggiorno di €1,50.

hotel pulito e ordinato . Personale molto gentile e professionale. Colazione molto buona con prodotti di qualita' . Il ristorante della struttura "il Principe " ha prezzi abbastanza elevati se commisuarata alla qualita' non tanto delle " cotture e preparazioni " che va bene , ma dei componenti che non sono "fatti in casa " ma industriali . A nostro avviso il prezzo meriterebbe componenti come si suol dire "fatti in casa "

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. - CAMERE: Alcune camere necessitano di lavori ma comunque sono risultate accoglienti e pulite. - COLAZIONE: varia ha soddisfatto tutta la mia famiglia. - CENA: peccato la lunga attesa, ma siamo stati benissimo, cibo ottimo. La cameriera molto gentile e professionale. - RECEPTION: signora gentile e simpatica, ci hanno fornito una camera migliore di quella prenotata. Il lettino per il bambino curato nei dettagli. Hotel consigliato per un sereno tour nelle Langhe. Grazie

Hotel con camere spaziose, pulite e ben riscaldate, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto nel bagno della camera. Colazione buona e abbondante. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Ottimo appoggio per visitare le Langhe.

camere belle , locale per colazione vergognoso. Abbiamo aspettato 1 ora e 15 minuti per avere un tavolo. Coda alla unica macchinetta del caffè che risultava a volte guasta . Il personale molto efficiente in una struttura molto carente. Alla richiesta di parlare col direttore da più persone lui non si è fatto vivo.
