Matrimonio di amici, bel posto ma il servizio non andava bene.. 5 bicchieri sporchi di rossetto, di cui il primo era quello di benvenuto col nome sopra. alcuni ragazzi in sala ignoravano palesemente quando si chiedeva dell acqua o bicchieri puliti

Una vera ricchezza gestita male con la presunzione che la location faccia dimenticare la non professionalità e i modi poco cordiali,peccato Non basta una livrea per essere camerieri top. Non è facile il mestiere ma non per questo dobbiamo prendere tutti a farlo. Accoglienza,sorriso e cordialità sempre anche quando non ci va....questo significa lavorare col pubblico.

Per il nostro matrimonio abbiamo scelto Casa Freda abbagliati dalla bellezza della location. Avevamo alte aspettative che sono state superate il giorno delle nozze. Tutto, dalla location, all’ottimo cibo, al personale di sala, all’organizzazione generale, è stato perfetto, esattamente come avevamo sognato, se non di più!
