after a few years I return to this enchanting place for Easter. just like wine, the more the years pass and it improves. What to say... excellent cuisine and fantastic staff, we were pampered immediately both at the reception, at the spa and in the restaurant in the evening with dishes cooked with love and excellent wine, their exquisite director thought of our stay in every detail even the room where we slept like a dream with a view of the olive trees and full of peace, the rich breakfast in the morning with local products, the tasting in the cellar with home-made bread and their sublime oil... the Easter lunch in the tavern with very tender meat and valid vegetarian options... and then... unfortunately the journey is over and we return home but a trip to the hills of Predappio on this happy island is an obligatory stop.
