The hotel is located in a quiet position, on the hills behind La Spezia, surrounded by greenery and olive trees. Ample parking, but downhill and on clay with gravel and some concrete slabs; not very comfortable, especially in case of rain. Small reception, which closes at h. 21. Staff very courteous and ready to respond to every need. My room was spacious enough, with a small terrace, well equipped and with a small but practical bathroom. The peeling wall here and there indicated clear signs of humidity and, in mid-October, the temperature was not very high (fortunately there was an excellent and warm duvet on the bed). Excellent dinner at the internal restaurant; pity the service is a bit slow. Well organized breakfast, with trays on the table of fruit, yoghurt, bread, jams and brioches. The salty part was missing, on the other hand neither obvious nor necessary in an Italian 3-star hotel. Hot drinks served by fast and courteous staff. Not a hotel that surprises, but where you can stay comfortably.
