Good!
Cool hotel, a bit away from the main part of Nexos but still enough around.. I was there for a work trip and it was pretty stress free. The staff were amazing, definitely one of the more standout aspects of the stay at this hotel. I had a car and it was pretty straightforward parking.

Helt greit hotell
Helt greit sted for 5 netter. Noe slitt her og der. Grei frokost hvis du ikke er for kresen. Rommet lå mot bassenget, så vart fint å sitte på balkongen på kvelden. Spiste ikke på restauranten inne, kun en gang lunsj ved bassengrestauranten. Der var det mye surr med bestilling og det tok lang tid før vi fikk maten.
Området rundt var veldig turistpreget, men nok av spisesteder. Noen av dem hadde elendig service når det var fullt med gjester. Hotellet har egne plasser på stranda med strandstoler, men der var vi ikke.

- gel douche souvent oublié par les femmes de ménage
- entrées et sorties du parking pas simples (il faut sonner à la réception à chaque fois pour rentrer ou sortir)

Needs a makeover
The hotel needs a major update. The public spaces are nice and modern. The rooms, however, while clean are Shabby. The bathroom amenities need a major update. However, the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Difficile de noter cet établissement... L'arrivée se fait vraiment dans un 4 étoiles, les extérieurs sont magnifiques et avec le soleil à 24° en plein mois de novembre, on se croirait dans un James Bond ! Le personnel de l'accueil est irrégulier, accueil le mercredi très bien et le dimanche pour demander 2/3 heures de rallonge, nous sommes facturés 70€ pas très commercial après avoir dépensé 4 nuits, les petits déjeuners et des consommations pendant notre séjour. Je confirme les 12€ par personne pour accéder à la piscine intérieure... Les chambres sont bien rococos et manque cruellement de services comme une cafetière, des peignoirs, des sandales, ... il y a bien le mot "SPA" dans le nom de l'hôtel !? Pour ma femme et moi nous avons beaucoup souffert du dos pendant les 3 premières nuits, pourtant nous sommes habitués aux matelas fermes, voire très fermes. Rien à dire au niveau propreté, les chambres étaient très bien faites et tous les jours ! J'ai lu bcp sur les salles de bain, je confirme aussi la baignoire étroite et si nous avions un pommeau, il était bien fixe et non dirigeable, donc obligé de se coller au mur... Le temps magnifique que nous avons eu pendant ces 4 jours et les restaurants avoisinants comme La Spelonca, ont bien gommé les défauts de l'hôtel. L'accès à la plage est très pratique et l'eau translucide et nos baignades dans une eau un peu plus élevée que la piscine extérieure nous ont fait passer un excellent séjour. Il faudrait tester un autre hôtel en 4 étoiles dans le coin pour se faire définitivement une idée. IMPORTANT : Pourquoi servir de la charcuterie et du fromage industriel pour le petit déjeuner !! Nous sommes en Italie, fierté de sa charcuterie ancestrale !! Mettez le à la coupe ou n'en mettez pas mais arrêter ces petits déjeuners industriels sans gout ! Faites les plus chers et passez au gastronomique ! C'est certainement mon plus gros coup de gueule sur cet établissement.

The property itself was very nice and clean but the street around the area where we ended up
Parking because there was not enough room to park inside the gate was full of Trash everywhere . It is definitely an eyesore and if I owned the hotel would think abou how to clean this up .
