Excellent hotel. Excellent staff. The young lady on reception was extremely helpful. Overall a great experience and a great holiday . Breakfast was adequate and had enough variety and nice local produce like tomato/ mozzarella and focaccia. Room was great. Had top floor with amazing balcony and view of the mountains. Close proximity to the village and all its attractions Also 40 minutes drive to Pisa, Florence and beach

My husband and I spent 2 days at this hotel although we paid for three. We ended up leaving a day early to stay at a nearby hotel with a pool and free breakfast and a view. So the positives of this hotel: - the AC - we were there in July so it was HOT - there is a gym. It’s small and for some reason, the AC was not on the 3 days we used it so it was like a sauna, but there is a gym. - relative close proximity to restaurants and beach. Very walkable. Negatives: - COST. Of everything. We ordered 2 coffees to be delivered to the room. It cost 20 euro. - Breakfast was not included in the cost of the room. - no one explained anything to us when we checked in. No how to get on the wifi, no how to call the front desk, no nothing. The check in was very abrupt. - the room was in the lower level of an adjacent apartment building. And it backed up to the train tracks. Fortunately, the trains are not very loud but still, you can certainly hear them - the pillows and the beds - FLAT. Hard. But in all fairness, I can’t say we had soft mattresses or pillows in any hotel we stayed at this trip. - no view Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. It was comfortable and met the basics, but way too pricy for what it was.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful boutique hotel, housed in a stunning 19th-century villa. The hotel's charm and elegance are evident from the moment you arrive. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to Laura at the reception. She was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome right from the start. Laura also provided fantastic recommendations on things to do in the area, which made my visit even more enjoyable. The room was a perfect blend of classic and Tuscan elements- I loved the walls with the cypresses and gold ceiling, tasteful decor. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need. The hotel grounds are equally impressive, with a lovely garden that offers a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. And the pool with pool bar! Breakfast was a delight, served in a charming dining room with a variety of delicious options. The attention to detail and personalized service truly set this hotel apart. Overall, staying at this boutique hotel in a historic villa was a wonderful experience. The combination of its rich history, beautiful architecture, and exceptional service, especially from Laura, makes it a place I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Super location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :(( Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to. Breakfast nothing special and breakfast room too busy Would stay again but choose my time

I stayed in Palazzo BelVedere with my daughter for three nights at the beginning of August. The hotel and its premises are great, members of staff are friendly and keen to help and advise. At the reception we were welcomed by Simone and he was really nice and offered us some cold complementary drinks while we were checking in. The room was a generous size with a fabulous view over the mountains. Everything in the room looked new, sleek and modern. I particularly liked the French doors in the bathroom and a double shower which was very handy in the hot weather. It was great to have sound-proofed windows and an air conditioner in the room. Our breakfast was included and it was a nice beginning of the day with a wide range of local produce and fresh drinks. The staff in the restaurant was very approachable and helpful, especially Nicolette. Nothing was a problem for the staff and all our queries and needs were seen to immediately and with a smile by Diane. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

PASQUA AL TAMERICI Abbiamo soggiornato per Pasqua all’Hotel Tamerici con la mia famiglia ed abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno. La nostra prenotazione comprendeva un pacchetto con mezza pensione, accesso SPA e pranzo di Pasqua e siamo rimasti soddisfatti su tutti i fronti. Il personale, sia alla reception che in sala, è gentile e simpaticissimo, la cucina davvero ottima con un pranzo di Pasqua superlativo, ed anche alla SPA siamo stati benissimo. L’Hotel è in posizione centralissima, la nostra camera era spaziosa e dotata di un bellissimo balcone. Ci è piaciuto molto anche l’arredamento dell’Hotel, con uno stile classico ed elegante davvero bello.
