Discouraged- my sister’s husband died while we were in Europe I had one room booked for her but obviously she had to return the USA Obviously I could not produce a death certificate on short notice but i did show the obituary Nonetheless no consideration was given to me and the room went unused That was disappointing and poor service Michael H Bourne

Absolutely WONDERFUL!! Staff very friendly and accommodating! Rooms were beautifully appointed and very clean. Fantastic location and within short walk to center filled with restaurants, shops g and UNESCO sites. Breakfast buffet alone is worth the trip!! Don’t miss it!

Special experience, because the decoration and collection of this hotel are museum-level, breakfast is also homemade bread and snacks, super delicious. The clerk was very warm and rustic, and drinks and water could be picked up from the refrigerator. There are beautiful flowers in the courtyard and a lovely balcony. Next time you come, you must visit again. Very good memories, as warm as the sun here. Thank you 🙏

Ok, so this isn't a five-star hotel and they don't claim to be. But there is absolutely no reason for me to deduct any points from their grade as they were absolutely perfect for everything I was looking for. You'll have to decide what you're looking for in a hotel and judge accordingly. My reason for coming to Ravenna was to see the incredible UNESCO Byzantine mosaics all over the city and, of course, sample the fine cuisine. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the train station. Completely doable even with a heavy suitcase (as long as it's a roller). It's located just off the main Piazza del Popolo, a big gathering place. However, I slept fine and didn't hear any noise. All the sites are within walking distance except for one which is in Classe, a 10-15 minute bus ride. My room was a single and quite tiny, which was of no concern to me since it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The ladies at breakfast were very friendly. The gentlemen at the task were helpful. What more can you ask for? Well, like I said before, you'll need to decide that one for yourself. Tip - The AC takes a while to cool even a small room at high setting but once it does the room gets quite comfortable. It's not loud or anything, it just takes a while to cool the room.

GGuest UserWe stayed a few nights in this hotel, the room was clean, large and spacious. The only negative note was the absence of cameras. Only a USB next to bed and a couple of cameras (one of which not working). In the bathroom, however, it was very difficult to dry up the hair, since the only cap available was far from the mirrors and the hair dryer was the classical of the badroom. It is not possible to have no photos in a hotel room at the moment. Excellent soundproofing and really excellent breakfast, with cappuccino and coffee prepared at the moment. Extremely gentle staff.

GGuest UserThe building is monumental, the staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful. There is a wide range of possibilities for activities in the hall, a heaven for children with a Vespa and a piano included. Our room was simple, nice and clean, suitable for a family with many children. The breakfast was rich and delicious. There is a patio surranded by the building. Our children had so much fun running around there. The whole atmosphere is so friendly and peaceful. I wish we could have extended our staying.

Tutto il personale è molto gentile, accogliente e professionale. La colazione, servita dalle 07 alle 10 più che soddisfacente. Unica pecca, ahimè, è l'aspetto liso e vecchio della camera con tanto di moquette che non aiuta a migliorare impatto e che ”urla” una richiesta di ammodernamento. Nonostante questo, le Signore addette alla pulizia facevano trovare la camera ogni giorno in ordine e pulita.

GGuest UserI arrived in this hotel via a Smartbox booking. It was immediately known that, unlike the provisions of the coffin, they had different conditions for those who did not book via normal channels such as Booking etc. They didn't inform us of the WiFi, breakfast or parking, We had to ask ourselves what we needed. We were also informed that our room was ”evidently” courtyard view but that there was availability for the rooms view sea, always ”evidently” with a surplus to pay separately. Where we found a beautiful terrace, the room was rather small and it was accessed through a few stairs, it felt a strong bathroom smell, which was not improved at all during the stay. The discharges smelled very much and there was no area, but the location is excellent, because it is just a few steps from the beach and the centre, and I believe that it is so that it can apply such high rates, otherwise unjustifiable. The breakfast is discreet, nothing special but not bad ... the water-massing bath service that was included in the price according to the cofanette's instructions, ”Of course” for our room was not planned, but we had to pay it separately. If you really want to stay there, book through other channels. Ah, the parking is not there and you may not find it even nearby when you arrive.

GGuest UserStructure that dominates the road that leads to the long sea,so in the summer season,been the people who stay therein,in the same there are small butterfly and some restaurants,apotheke,pizzeria,supermarket,all at hand, With the super Ostery Moriconi two steps,I stayed for more than a month for work,and I was very good,with all the comforts at hand,abundant breakfast,availability by staff,swallow with billiards and football dance with open-angle bar, I strongly advise you . !!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable for people who need to find a hotel near the entrance of the motorway for work or need. I haven't enjoyed breakfast so I can't give any judgement. Very clean, quiet rooms (not feeling the traffic of the cars) and quite spacious. I recommend to put at least one more coat in the room. Experience to be made again. I will certainly take back here in my next stay in Faenza

Hotel options are somewhat limited in Faenza… Hotel Vittoria is certainly appealing with its eccentric decor! The welcome was friendly, reception area is nicely decorated.. however the bedroom (104) was not overly clean with hairs in the bathroom and paintwork marked everywhere.. the bed linen is poor quality and the room was very very cold also with the air con on highest warm setting not resolving the temperature! The bathroom amenities are lacking (shower/shampoo mix was the only item provided), hairdryer is old (not powerful enough) and should be upgraded. The shower drain is also blocked… no in room kettle (available at reception). No iron/ironing board available which was a big issue for me! Walking through the hotel there is a real chill in the air so bring you coat when going for breakfast as most guests do. Waitress at breakfast was not friendly, provided no service, did not even get a coffee… chewing gum not very professional. She rushed around to clear tables before guests had fully finished. The breakfast buffet is basic - continental spread.. a fresh fruit salad would be nice as fruit not fresh. Lots of room for improvement!

GGuest UserWords alone cannot describe the dissatisfaction here. We arrived last night after a long days journey. Four star???? Lovely young lady at reception. That’s it for compliments. Unfortunately, we have prearranged transportation tomorrow and must stay another evening. The hallway carpets are filthy, the outside chairs are cracked, the shower has mold. One room looks as if someone tried to break in. We went thru the stairway rather than the lift and the door remained opened. Anyone could have entered. I went back up to close it. Just found a disgusting creature! See photos!

GGuest UserSono stato in questo hotel dall' 8 al 19 luglio, dovendo fare delle cure termali cercavo una struttura vicino alle terme ma non da spendere cifre folli. Non avendo particolari esigenze la mia scelta è ricaduta qui, devo dire che la struttura non è certo lussuosa e neanche moderna ma ben tenuta in ordine e pulita. La camera (almeno parlo x la mia) non grandissima ma sobria ed essenziale, con balcone vista mare aria condizionata e tv (non si vedevano tanti canali ma daltronde chi andrebbe in vacanza a Milano Marittima x stare in albergo a guardare la tv????), bagno con doccia devo dire veramente pulito e le ragazze che rifacevano le camere gentili, rapide e impeccabili (forse sono uno con poche esigenze.....) viste le recensioni. Il ristorante devo dire veramente Ottimo, un buffet di antipasti veramente vario in grado di accontentare chiunque dal pesce all'affettato ai formaggi alle verdure, pizza, patatine, cozze, canestrelli gratinati ecc ecc in 12 gg non ho mangiato 2 volte la stessa pietanza,(se siete a dieta........evitatelo!) a scelta 3 primi 3 secondi frutta e dolce sempre a disposizione, per non parlare della colazione dolce, salato,yogurt,uova, pancetta, e broches di ogni tipo, ovviamente tutto sotto l'attenta e gentilissima coordinazione della capo sala Katia che dirige il personale in maniera magistrale! tutti cortesi e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. Le piscine in effetti sono nell'hotel a fianco (stessa proprietà) ma non distano +di 50mt. Non tralascio neanche la gentile e premurosa accoglienza del personale della reception veramente professionali ! Complimenti a tutti ci siamo sentiti a casa..........Arrivederci.
