Grand Hotel Tritone

The Grand Hotel Tritone is undoubtedly one of the most striking and evocative places I have ever stayed. The breathtaking view of the sea from my room was unforgettable, and the private beach club was a true luxury that allowed me to relax and enjoy the sun in total tranquility. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and make my stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the city center but far enough away from all the noise and hustle and bustle. The tranquility and serenity I found here was just what I needed to rejuvenate and recharge my energy.I can only highly recommend the Grand Hotel Tritone to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in a enchanting. I am sure I will return soon to enjoy once again all that this fantastic hotel has to offer.

The Grand Hotel Tritone might be the most beautiful and welcoming property I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had the privilege of visiting luxury hotels all around the world over 30+ years, but the warmth of GHT’s staff combined with the unrivaled beauty of the hotel’s cliffside perch put GHT in a class of its own. The property is owned and operated by the Gagliano family, and from the moment you step into the hotel, you can tell GHT is a place the Gagliano family and their staff take incredible pride in running. The hotel has the warmth and familiarity of an Italian family home with all of the comforts of a world-class hotel (fast, reliable WiFi, delicious and unfussy regional cuisine, etc.) and blends an almost retro charm with tasteful, modern touches. The unique history of the hotel is also something of note - patriarch Giuseppe took on the painstaking feat of building the hotel into a cliff over the course of many years, sculpting staircases, elevator banks and terraces that provide for breathtaking vistas and a refreshingly accessible property for guests with mobility challenges (a rarity in Italy, especially on the Amalfi Coast). Staying at this property felt like a familiar embrace, and every interaction I had with members of GHT’s staff was friendly, personalized and embodied the true spirit of hospitality. If you are looking for an unforgettable holiday on the Amalfi coast - especially for a milestone trip (honeymoon, anniversary, bucket list holiday, etc.) - you won’t be disappointed putting yourself in the care of the GHT and its delightful staff. To the staff at the Tritone - thank you for taking such wonderful care of me and my mother over these past few days. The diligence you take to ensure your guests have a memorable, positive experience is something I have great respect and admiration for. It’s one thing to look after a beautiful property, but it’s another entirely to create once-in-a-lifetime memories for families and loved ones - something you can’t put a price tag on. I look forward to returning to this property time and time again. GHT will no doubt be my first choice in The Amalfi Coast, in Italy and perhaps globally the next time I’m planning a holiday.

I have never stayed in such a beautiful and perfect hotel. Impeccable service and delicious food. Praiano is a magnificent place and close to the other centers but much more relaxing and without the city chaos. I recommend staying in this paradise with beach club and seawater pools. Oliver the hotel mascot will also be waiting for you. We will be back soon

This is a spectacular hotel- beautiful location right on the water in Praiano- away from the chaos of Positano. The hotel itself is decorated with gorgeous Italian tile. Two pools - a quiet pool with views of the sea. Another pool near the sea with a bar and dining al fresco. Our room was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable! The staff is attentive and first class. Should be a 5 star resort!

I just spent a fabulous weekend in Grand Hotel Tritone at Praiano. a relaxing atmosphere and a breathtaking view create the ideal conditions for beautiful holidays. The Hotel has many spaces available... many services and a very kind staff. Going down to the sea through a path carved into the rock is a fantastic experience
