We were there this weekend, beautiful view, spotlessly clean rooms, same with the bathroom, scented towels and bathrobe, excellent food and very generous dishes. Courteous staff, especially our favorite waitress Caterina, very nice and helpful with customers, I must say she makes a killer spritz. As for the pools, the water is very hot, ideal for children and families, but I would recommend a little more cleaning and hygiene. We had the thermal mud treatment and very relaxing massages. I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer because the one in the bathroom is not very suitable.

Beautiful location, but the structure urgently needs to be restored, the staff is excellent and the operators try to make up for the problems that arise due to the dilapidated equipment. The muds are excellent and the inhalations and aerosols are effective.

I was in this hotel in November with family and another couple. Unfortunately for us it wasn't a good experience. Already upon arrival, even with small children, the indifference of the receptionists was evident, almost giving the impression of not being welcome. The room (202) was really BASIC. Malfunctioning shower with curtain, cold room as the temperature was centralized, TV not working, as was the safe. Swimming pool on the 3rd floor small and quite dirty. Restaurant of average quality but very cold. Our table was in a corridor in the middle of the stream. Only the ladies at the restaurant were nice and helpful. With what I spent I definitely won't go back and I don't recommend it

Getaway for a night Quiet and relaxing, the hot water supply is amazing, the comfort is very good, we spent a peaceful night away from the crowds and above all without a sound. The reception is very good, helpful and accommodating staff. We ate at the restaurant in the evening, very friendly waiter and waitress, excellent meal and plentiful fresh produce far from the tourist traps of the seaside... The best massage and balneotherapy session on site to recharge your batteries I recommend

This place was a disgrace, I found my experience to be humiliating and stressful. I was treated like a slab of meat, with the thermal mud slapped on, being showered with the door open to the hallway, told to relax in the jacuzzi bath while she cleaned the floor and the massage which I think was supposed to be full body - consisted of spider movements up and down my back and legs, followed by the occasional long stroke. No attention was paid whatsoever to my arms, neck or shoulders. The pool was scruffy and the whole experience was a massive disappointment, especially as we had travelled for 2.5 hours to get there. I wish I had just swum in the river outside.

Lovely place and structure, although dated, well looked after. The rooms are very welcoming. We had some treatments, nothing to say, really pleasant. The thermal pool, although dated, is acceptable and has an incredible view. The only sore point is the food. The breakfast was excellent but lunch and dinner left a bit to be desired in terms of portions and quality. They managed to hurt the culurgiones!!!! We stayed over Easter weekend, it had just opened, but that's not a justification. Otherwise everyone was very kind and the environment was comfortable
