We had a wonderful week here at Marina Seada. The food was great, very traditional Italian home cooking. The cleaners work so hard and everywhere is spotless especially the rooms which are cleaned every day. On the whole staff are friendly, especially Franco. Some restaurant staff not so, we were kicked out of the restaurant at 10 am on our first morning, we didn't realise it closed at 10, just thought food service finished then. I knew the beach could have lots of sea **** but this beach was thick with it and the sea was black, such a shame as it is a beautiful area, this put me off coming back to this Hotel unfortunately. If you walk 10 minutes along the coast there is a clearer beach where you can swim. The pool was beautiful but closed between 1pm and 4pm which was annoying also very loud Italian pop music played all day, not at all relaxing. I had never been on an all inclusive holiday before but I was disappointed. It said there would be snacks available during the day but never any available apart from some melon. Delicious ice cream available all day, only beer and prosecco during the day. No toilets near pool or pool bar, unless I missed it. The evening entertainment was not very entertaining! A car is a must here as lots of beautiful beaches to explore and we recommend a trip to Posada town built on a crop of rocks just down the road also Madelana island boat trips. We had a great holiday but I feel this hotel is for people who are happy to explore the island by car or bus and not spend all week at the hotel as it is quite remote.

Family consisting of grandparents uncle parents and 2 year old! After reading some reviews didn’t know what to expect but I’m glad I went with my instinct! We have returned from a fabulous week here! I’d say if you’re looking for your operator lead all singing all dancing hotel then don’t come here it’s not for you! But if you’re looking for a traditional friendly family orientated hotel with lovely staff and amazing food then get it booked! The restaurant had something to suit all, every night a choice of fish of meat, different pasta dishes, veg and the usual fries! The rooms and public areas are cleaned constantly and the staff are friendly and want to look after you! We had no language barriers and everyone had a smile on their face! The beach does have seaweed and did it bother us - no!! My little boy was actually loving it! They did spend alot of time clearing the beach for everyone too! Pool area again clean and always available! We already read what was included with all inclusive so wasn’t a surprise and enough for what we wanted for the week! mirto especially was a nice change! Snacks always available we were never hungry! The bar team looked after us well! The entertainment again isn’t tour operator lead so back ground music and baby disco was enough for us! If you want nightly shows then again it wouldn’t be for you! But we are happy with early nights and enjoying our days! My only suggestion here would be to maybe get a different singer for a couple Of nights. But again didn’t bother us in the slightest! During the day Paulo had some fun games for the people that wanted to join in but left those alone that didn’t want to join in! Music was varied during the day from classical, jazz, pop and rock so again something for all! If you want to venture out to the talc Sandy beaches then hire a car! We did this and had a fantastic day but we were glad of our private beach the rest of the time! The hotel was clearly built before mobile phones so take extra multi adaptors for charging phones iPads etc! This seems to annoy people but for me I understand not all hotels have been built in the last 25 Years! We had rooms next to each other which was ideal, and near the dining room at first glance I was quite jealous of some of the other rooms with views of terrace but it was actually much safer for us to have the enclosed balcony so our little escape artist couldn’t venture out! The balcony was also gloriously hot in the late afternoon for a wine on the balcony whilst naps were had! If you experience windy days on the beach (weather nothing else) then head to the smaller pool as it’s sun trap and more enclosed! Over all we had a lovely week and we would visit again!

This was our worst vacation, and we have been to quite a bit of international destinations. We are not snobs and are not expecting the Taj Mahal experience for an average price. But this hotel was like the Tijuana experience. Just based on the décor which by the way looks a lot better in the photos. The rooms and the whole property is decorated in a cheap, impractical and outdated manner. When you get there, don’t expect any help with your luggage, or even a dolly, and by the way they have cobblestone all over, more on that later. The front desk lobby has these unsanitary cloth and super tacky looking couches, sit on them at your own risk. The people who work the front desk barely speak any English whatsoever, but they are nice, no attitude or anything like that, they try to help, most of them. There is no information for tourists, or any tour information provided at the front desk or anywhere at the hotel, which you would normally expect at a tourist destination, so you’re on your own. The rooms are TINY, barely any space to move around, literally. But the highlight of the trip are the beds. This is the ultimate experience that will make you appreciate your bed at home. The mattresses are so crappy, and God knows what they’re made of, it’s like sleeping on a trampoline. We could not get any restful sleep a single night because of these beds. When you get home you will have to see a chiropractor to get your back and body fixed after "sleeping" on these beds. There is what they call a “Minibar” which does not work. And by the way you are not allowed to use it (will include photo with these special instructions). There is a phone in the room for wakeup call etc., if you are lucky it will work, the phone outlet was completely broken in our room. We got the all-inclusive package as far as dining. The food is normal, nothing special, edible except the wine and beer on tap, barf! But the main issue is that there is a huge problem with bees. And the dining area employees don’t seem to care. In the morning and at lunch the bees will be swarming all over your food. The employees know there is this problem but don’t do anything about it unless you find one and complain. They try to put burning coffee grounds but that doesn't deter the carnivorous bees. Yes, the bees love ham and other charcuterie, treat them to some and they may leave you alone. They take pieces of the ham and fly away; I kid you not! The beach is ugly, some dirty things, maybe seaweed or mix of sand and dirt come ashore and nobody cleans them up, so it just doesn’t look appealing. But the real highlight is the chaise lounge chairs they have, try to figure out how to keep the back portion up, good luck! The bar at the beach is stingy with alcohol, out of what I remember you can have only Grappa (very strong and unpleasant), Limoncello (I don’t recommend) or Prosecco is what is included with the all-inclusive package. The hotel does offer a lunch “bag” if you are going anywhere during the d

I was at this hotel with my family at the end of June and beginning of July 2023. It is worth highlighting the location in front of the beach and with the pool next to it. You can go to the beach and pool. The restaurant is great, with a dedicated table throughout the stay. The hotel has two swimming pools, a football ring, a children's area and a games space. I confess that I really liked the concept. In short, it is a great hotel to rest and relax. The only drawback, which does not depend on the hotel, is the algae (typical on the island) that sometimes appears on the beach, but does not impede access to the water. If he came back? Yes...

I didn't like the waiters: ok they were at the end of the season and tried to be kind, but the constant chatter between them (even about customers) was unprofessional. Another negative note is the connection only down to the swimming pool. The piece of sea adjacent to the structure is also ugly. In fact we have always moved. It's a shame because the area is very beautiful.

We went as a couple, without children. For me, the best thing was the facility's entertainers, especially David, Jessi and Matías. The rest of the service is terrible, I asked one of the waitresses if they could change my table due to the invasion of wasps (I'm not exaggerating, wasps everywhere), the waitress went in to look for an inside table and was no longer seen, she ignored it. about the topic. We had to have breakfast in the room the 3 nights we stayed because it is impossible to eat there even though they put an incense to scare them away. If you are Spanish... make do as best you can with the little information they give you (yes, everyone knows how to sing Spanish songs). We hired a boat service to visit the best coves in the area, in principle it had to be for 8/10 people, what a surprise it was a boat worse than a boat, and thank goodness they let us get on with a handwritten invoice It was suspicious, happy that we were able to get on, what was our surprise that it stopped at a nice beach just to load more people without being able to get off. This was the 7 hour journey and with a stop in 2 small coves that you can't even enjoy the overbooking that exists. I assure you that I am a sun and beach lover and this has been the worst beach experience in my life. Also add that the hotel assured us that they would give us a picnic to eat at the ship's stay, and on the same day they ignored it. I do not recommend at all the excursions they offer within the hotel. Better to go to Budoni and they will advise you with more personalized attention. The all inclusive in this hotel is totally false advertising. At the bar they only give you the menu of what is **not included**, you ask the waiters what is included and they only give you the option of beer, limoncello, cava and little else. After 11pm there is no longer bar service. The hotel's beach is impossible to enjoy, full of seaweed. There is a free bus right at the entrance of the hotel that allows you to go to beautiful beaches such as Sa Capanizza beach and also visit the Budoni market at night. Be careful to return! Taxis try to rip you off at the slightest change... a 10min=40e trip, we paid for it because we were desperate because there was no bus, the police also didn't care. By the way, I thought pizzas were from Italy... if you want a pizza at noon... forget about eating it, they only serve them at night **impressive** everywhere in Sardinia. The rooms were simple, comfortable and clean, the only thing that bothered me was the noise of the air conditioning. In summary, my experience in this hotel and Sardinia was disappointing, I wanted to go because I am passionate about the island of Formentera, they told me that Formentera was almost the same as Sardinia, now I can finally say that Sardinia falls far, far below of all expectations. Now I understand why the Italians invade the island.

The food here is extremely high quality and varied, the pool area is lovely no problem with sun beds but do agree a rail for going into any out of us required. Although the **** was in the sea if you got by this the sea was lovely. Room comfortable and clean. Bus service runs late but does turn up eventually. Beach bar needs to include local spirits and wine.
