We stayed in the property for a period of two weeks. Overall it is a structure that includes: rooms (hotel) - houses for rent - restaurant. We took advantage of the hotel rooms, which were decidedly beautiful, very spacious, modern and well furnished. The large terrace is an added value of considerable importance as is the TOP mattress. The management of the half board offers a very good dinner service, the dishes are well made and plentiful, the drinks are included in the cost (a very rare case), the dining room staff is very young, very kind and very well prepared and organised. You always have the feeling that, despite the heavy loads, the situation is perfectly under control. The breakfast does not have the same quality and organization and is sufficient. The outdoor spaces are a bit of a hybrid.. Mainly the spaces are used as parking for the cars of the guests of the entire structure, the part closest to the rooms is well looked after while the large dirt space gradually slopes down until it reaches its extreme used for open-air storage of all types of objects that the strong mistral risks transporting almost everywhere, risking damaging parked cars. The location of the property is excellent, practically on the sea (Budoni beach). The entire staff was exquisite both in reception and in the restaurant (thank you and applause). The negative sides in my opinion are not many but they are such as to influence a possible decision to return to use the services of the structure rather than evaluating alternatives based on needs. Unfortunately, it has proven quite difficult to enjoy some peace of mind for a number of different reasons. The structure in general is very frequented by families with children (main trend) it is therefore inevitable to have to deal with the consequent noise and noise whose intensity level is always entrusted to the education and respect in force in the individual family. In these cases, the management has no responsibility (in fact, if it can, it immediately does its utmost to find solutions). Perhaps it is the strategic choice that needs to be re-evaluated in part. Unfortunately, having installed a mini playground right in front of the hotel rooms doesn't help at all and I personally consider it an unfortunate choice. The soundproofing is nothing, but it is a common problem in almost all accommodation facilities, if the room communicates with the adjacent one through a door, managing the tranquility is practically impossible. Another unfavorable point in my opinion is the organizational management of the cleaning service. The time slots of the service are not very clear to the point that on some days it happened that the room still had to be cleaned at 3.00 pm, while other times they started at 8.00 am with the direct consequence of not being able to sleep a little longer (being on holiday) at cause of noise. Ultimately lights and some shadows (always in
