Hotel bellissimo, vicino al mare, pulizia eccellente, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, soprattutto il nostro chef di sala Giancarlo e il maitre, persone squisite e molto gentili, dei veri professionisti, mai state trattate con questo riguardo. What a wonderful place. The Rena Bianca Beach wasn’t as pretty as a lot of the Sardinia Beaches but beautiful and just down the hill. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable about what to do in area. Sadly we were there during gala winds that shut down even the ferries but the town was beautiful and their pool very sheltered and again the staff was great! The town is up a steep hill but every night it was a fun place to be. Thank you!

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and speaking at least 4 languages. Beautifully decorated with much attention to details. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was superb! Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area or waiting for a ferry. We were bummed out by our ferry being cancelled and this hotel really raised our spirits.

Sono oltre 30 anni che veniamo a Santa Teresa ma quest'anno per la prima volta in hotel. Questo è un hotel storico che conoscevamo di nome ed ora possiamo dire anche di fatto. Il personale e'eccellente, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, camere pulite e adeguate alla struttura. Purtroppo non abbiamo mai usufruito del ristorante ma ne abbiamo sentito parlare un gran bene (...da fare il prossimo anno), ottima colazione e ottimo servizio spiaggia veramente comodissimo. Bravi!

Lovely hotel in an unbeatable location. A stone’s throw from the stunning Rena Bianca beach. Seems to be family run with excellent friendly service. Pros: - Quick and easy access to the beach which is beautiful. The hotel has loungers and umbrellas in their own private section of the beach which you can purchase for €50 a day (2 loungers and 1 umbrella). White sand and crystal clear water. Nearby snack bars and restaurants so you can spend the whole day there. The beach has limited spaces available so it is not packed. - Lovely pool, with bar service available so you can spend late afternoon lounging there after for aperitivo after a day at the beach. - Friendly helpful staff. - Free car park - lovely town and staff helped book fantastic local restaurants for us - Fantastic facilities (showers, toilets, changing rooms, luggage storage) to use after you have checked out if you have a late flight. So you can use the pool or beach during the day with no worries. Cons: - Bedrooms don’t have the most tasteful decor though the bathrooms are nice. - Breakfast finishes very early (9.30am) and is pretty average, though if you arrive a little later there is still some food available. - Many rooms have a view of the car park so not the nicest if you wish to spend time in your room or on the balcony. - The pool closes for 2 hours in the middle of the afternoon (due to poolside lunch?) which is frustrating for kids.

Le stelle che si merita questo hotel e tutte le persone che ci lavorano dovrebbero essere infinite. E' stato un soggiorno a dir poco indimenticabile e di qualità; dalla pulizia in generale, i servizi gratuiti offerti, qualità del cibo ma soprattutto la qualità delle persone che lavorano qui. Un ringraziamento e un saluto speciale al maitre Antonio, soprattutto dal nostro piccolo "boss". Siamo sicuri che ci rivedremo presto. Grazie!

Siamo rimasti molto male per l'esperienza vissuta in questo hotel, dapprima positivissima ma che si è conclusa con una brutta sorpresa che ci ha lasciato l'amaro in bocca. Avendo una bimba piccola, l'ultimo giorno abbiamo chiesto un late check out nel caso non ci fossero altre prenotazioni sulla nostra camera. Ci è stato confermato che fosse possibile con un supplemento, per poi trovarci in fattura il "supplemento" di una notte aggiuntiva, senza peraltro che fossero state effettuate le pulizie. Avendo scritto una mail per riportare l'accaduto, non siamo stati neanche degnati di una risposta. Dispiace davvero che la cortesia e la preparazione dello staff siano stati completamente offuscati dalla mancanza di trasparenza, dalla scorrettezza e dalla poca considerazione da parte della direzione.

Hotel molto curato, personale gentile, abbiamo anche ricevuto un upgrade della camera con bellissima terrazza. Atmosfera molto piacevole in tutte le aree dell hotel, ristorante, reception, piscina. Personale sempre pronto ad aiutare. Accessibilità diretta alla spiaggia Rena Bianca. Grazie di tutto
