Das Team des Hotels ist einfach fantastisch! Immer mit einem Lächeln, professionell, sehr hilfsbereit und zugleich super herzlich. Das gesamte Team an der Rezeption unter anderem von Anna und Silvia, haben wirklich alles getan, um den Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Das Personal in den Restaurants und an der Bar sind ein super eingespieltes Team, umsichtig, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. So einen Service erlebt man selten – großes Lob an das gesamte Personal! Die Zimmer, welche wir hatten, mit dem Blick auf das Meer sind einfach fantastisch. Wenn die Betten für den ein oder anderen Gast zu hart sind, findet auch hierfür das Personal super tolle Lösungen! Sollte einem der Meereszugang am Hotel selber nicht zusprechen, dann gibt es einen kostenlosen Golfshuttle, welcher gerne vom Hotel organisiert wird, der den Gast sehr gerne unmittelbar zu den schönsten Stränden der Ostküste bringt. Der Zimmerservice ist klasse und sie tun wirklich alles, sodass man sich aufgehoben und wohlfühlt. Handtücher stehen dem Gast reichlich zur Verfügung und auch der Spa hat eine schöne Renovierung bekommen. Wir sind das zweite Jahr in Folge hier zu Gast und haben unseren Aufenhalt wieder verlängert!!

Für unseren Sardinienurlaub haben wir für 3 Nächte, aufgrund der Hundefreundlichkeit, das Due Lune gebucht. Positiv: - Umgebung, Park, Anlage - Strand, Pool - Bar - Spaghetti - Zimmer mit Veranda mit Zugang zum Meer - Hundefreundlich - Parkmöglichkeit - Desserbuffet Negativ: - Personal nicht unfreundlich aber sehr reserviert - Zimmer mit durchgangs Türe, man hört jedes Wort und jeden Toilettengang - Zimmer generell sehr klein - Menu ist mir zu fischhaltig und ausser der Pasta bei weitem nicht vier oder fünf Sterne würdig - Abendessen war jeweils innert 30 Minuten fertig, da Gang für Gang so schnell serviert wurde - Frühstück- und Salatbuffet sehr spärlich und klein - Persona spricht häufig kein englisch Alles in allem chices Hotel, der Service lässt aber zu wünschen übrig.

Ecco un posto per premiarsi, per vivere la bellezza, la cura del dettaglio, l’eleganza e la natura. Golf panoramico sulla scogliera vista Tavolara, struttura dal gusto Made in Italy…. un aperitivo con vista si è trasformato in un momento speciale che ha costruito un ricordo di valore con questo hotel gentile ed ospitale.

Hmmmmm. A difficult one this. The resort was lovely and the service and people also terrific. But…… the cost was very significant and so my review reflects that. For the price I paid, my expectations are high. With that: the rooms were pretty small for 3.5k for the week and our first room was directly underneath the restaurant so all we heard at meal times was scraping of chairs. But to be fair they did move us (fortunately they had the availability otherwise that would have been upsetting….). The private beach was nice although access in and out was a little difficult with the submerged rocks but minor point. The gym was really poor though. One multi gym unit (bench, lat pull down etc) but it was broken. There’s no excuse for that I’m afraid. Limited dining options with the one restaurant. The resort is quite secluded but arranging transport with taxis is a challenge. The location suffers too cos there’s not much around and the local area has three restaurants which were good but again very expensive cos it’s a captive audience and this is not a knock on the hotel but emphasizes the need for easy taxis (there is a bus service to be fair) and a decent gym. The golf course is only 9 holes and mostly par 3s but still very nice but again….very expensive. 60 euros for a green fee and that’s with the hotel discount. But look, it was still a very nice spot and the staff were truly wonderful but the price paid was way off what I was hoping to get in terms of facilities and rooms and overall experience. Sorry.

We stayed 10 nights at the end of September and beginning of October 2023. This is the second year in a row that we come to the five stars Due Lune hotel. We usually prefer to change place at each vacation in order to explore new spots; this time however we wanted to come back because the place is special. Five stars for us means the hotel is one of few places in our personal short list that we want to visit again. Several things make the place out of the ordinary: the harmony of the gently descending grassy slope opening on the secluded beach, the airy patio where one easily forgets time while contemplating the vista, the looming presence of the Tavolara island in the horizon, the architectural design of the hotel, the general kind and relaxing atmosphere, and last but not least the gentle, professional and attentionate management and staff. On the practical side, the hotel is very comfortable, well located in the San Teodoro area. It is a very good place to go around to nearby beaches and villages. The hotel beach itself is very nice, very relaxing, as well as a good departure point for longer swims. For sure we would like to visit the Due Lune again. (We also wrote an opinion on the Due Lune in October 2022 that still holds.)

Great location with outstanding service, especially at the lounge bar by Marco and his very professional and kind team. Having a drink on the bar terrace is worth the trip to Punta Aldia. You can find good hotels everywhere but people make the difference, always. We’ll come back to enjoy your drinks soon!
