This is our third time at Concordia and we love it. The rooms have just been redone and look amazing. The staff is incredible and the hospitality is unrivalled. The pool, sauna, and of course the cocktail bar is always the best place to unwind. We can highly recommend this to anyone looking for all round quality. We will be back.

Very good, very good, breakfast is still quite a lot to park. Just above the town, shopping can go down on both sides of the road, it should be said to be a very good hotel.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was cheap and delicious. Amenity was also substantial. The shower water leaked a little from the booth, but it wasn't enough to leak out of the bathroom. When I opened the window at night, I heard the voice of a young man making noise in the neighborhood, but I was tired and there was no problem sleeping. It was not particularly inconvenient compared to a general business hotel in Japan. Above all, the smile of the staff is a good memory. Thank you very much.

We stayed in this property one night after taking the Bernina red train. The structure is new, or at least recently renovated. The room is clean and spacious, as is the bathroom and the kitchen (the only thing is that I recommend changing the microwave and hob with newer utensils). Good bathroom products and even those for a small breakfast. The location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from the Rhaetian railway station and the centre, convenient for reaching any restaurant and point of interest. There is a lot of parking nearby, not always free, but that of the station (free is really a stone's throw away). Price in line with the Tirano market. The only slightly sore point is the lack of a lift, but you can keep fit and healthy!

This was a great hotel to spend a night before catching the Bernia Express! Breakfast was great!!! Excellent staff who also recommended a great restaurant for dinner, made reservations and the food was amazing- Parravinici! We walked from the train station but preferred a taxi in the morning which they arranged for us. The walk is doable but we are 70 and in decent shape but preferred to start the day easy!😀 Highly recommend this very special hotel!!!

Parking, room cleaning and the size of the room (spectacular balcony: habitable!!) at the top; Alessio masterly directs the orchestra to make a fine and harmonious symphony!! It's recommended for relaxing and working stays: really, nothing to exclude even to want to find a hair in the egg. OK, I try: subjectively, there was a hot coffee machine in the room I would like it, but really just not to just say that everything is perfect ... that is then the reality!! A safe support on Sondrio: we'll come back!!

A huge plus is the kids play area managed by Mimi who is absolutely lovely and one can tell that she genuinely loves kids. Big thank you to Mary and Francesca from the front desk and Tina who provided us excellent service at the restaurant throughout our stay. A superb stay overall. See you next year (hopefully)

La SPA offre un percorso completo, purtroppo l'accesso è solo pomeridiano e non forniscono ne' ciabatte ne' accappatoio; ho trovato l'acqua della piscina troppo fredda e una parte del percorso non utilizzabile (nonostante ciò il pagamento dell'ingresso e' stato intero!). La stanza pulita, letto essenziale con materassi personalmente un pò troppo duri, non ci sono lampade sui comodini, ma solo a parete (non è possibile avere una luce soffusa). Suggerimento che mi sento di dare all'albergatore è di posizionare delle sdraio sui balconi anziché' delle sedie di plastica per godere appieno lo splendido paesaggio sui cui affaccia l'hotel. Garage a pagamento!!!!

4409MichelleH409Stayed here on a recent motorcycle trip. As we were travelling on motorbikes we make a point of contacting the hotels in advance to check that the restaurant on site will be open. We had a confirmation email advising that the restaurant would be open. On check in we were advised that the bar and restaurant was closed, however there is a bar opposite and a good restaurant a short walk down the road. The hotel is easy to find on a main road and we were able to park our motorcycles in the underground garage. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The advice about the restaurant down the road was very good and the we had great meal there. However on our return to the hotel we were asked to pay our bill as the manager/owner wanted a lay in the next morning. This meant we had to drag our fellow travellers out of bed to pay as they had returned to the hotel ahead of us. The next morning, all of the other guests were settling their bills as they checked out.

GGuest UserBe careful of this hotel restaurant food and bill, they are not honest people. When I choose from menu, they provide not the one I order. They insist that is the one. I can only reject to eat so I don’t need to pay for that. However, when checking out next day thé put coffee and dessert on my room that I never order. I would have to argue not to pay for things I never eat. Thé check-out counter woman knows how to fight. I have train to catch, I cannot stop her nonsense. 2016 I was staying in this hotel and very happy. Now they change management, menue, food and staff. Terrible experience, when I checked in I even got a staff to warn me why you come to this hotel. This is not a good hotel. After I experienced it, she was right. Be careful when you check out, check the bill, they put extra you didn’t take to get your money. If you find out you’ll see this check out woman’s face and knows how to fool you and fight with you. I never go back, worst hotel in my travelling experience.

GGuest UserWe stayed for one night at the facility. Excellent service concierge, quite rich breakfast, a great variety of products for those who love to make salt breakfast. Beautiful, well furnished room, perfect cleaning. A very well-accessored bathroom with everything necessary for a careful toilet, the chic touch is the cream tube for the body, a genuine courtesy for the guest. The only negative note was the excessive noise of the room on the side of the road, but we were so proud of the trip that we were asleep.

GGuest UserCamere non insonorizzate, nonostante non fossi direttamente affacciata sulla strada, si sentiva il traffico sostenuto sulla strada principale che attraversa Tirano, ho soggiornato con lammia cagnolina, camera costo 48 euro, supplemento cane 20. In 15 anni che viaggio con il cane, è il supplemento più caro in assoluto. Ho esternato il mio disappunto alla reception. Sono consapevole che alcuni htl applicano un supplemento ma sarebbe più corretto scriverlo sul sito . 20 euro è quasi il 40 per cento della tariffa. Non ci sono parcheggi gratuiti , se non vicino alla zona della stazione. Nota positiva la gentilezza della signora in sala colazione, molto disponibile. Se dovete soggiornare una notte, andate senza cane e con i tappi.
