Close to airport. 5 mins walk. Hotel is good. Quite decent. Can be better

The hotel only have lift in middle section and room at the ends (which is what I get) is very far away. After you go to the end side you have no motivation to go out anymore. People with big heavy luggage might have to ask for room closer to lift. No view outside you only see the car park below.The room looks like there’s fight in it before… lots of cupboards have chips and looks old. See photo for one of the better one. Room is clean and although have bathtub I just cannot get water to fill up (no idea how to let the drain hole close up, no instructions) Water is super hot even though I just move to the hot side a little so need to be careful. Check in and out counters are not clearly label so you need to ask and see where ppl are. Beside location as I am flying off from T1 I really don’t think this is worth the price.

The breakfast was good, with an egg station and some hot food instead of the usual cold continental selections. Room was normal, more like a business hotel so can’t really fault it the way it is.

Bery easy access from Malpensa T1, Fabulous breakfast and huge room! Definitely recommendable!

It was very convenient to stay at the hotel. It’s right in the terminal of the airport. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the drinks are also very nice. The reception workers are very polite and helpful. Recommend for a short stay

Only one restaurant which is packed and too little. A huge hotel with a lot of walking. Overall it’s location is special. Good for transit.

Perfect place for transfer! Location perfect coz just a few minutes walk inside indoor terminal after arrival, simply take the ‘glass’ elevator to -1, and then follow sign to walk short distance indoor with air conditioning to hotel; even easy for carrying super heavy luggage on my own as a lady. Great facilities with indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam, fitness room with good view. It’s the good standard sheraton hotel. Spacious and comfortable room, new and clean, bathroom spacious and convenient, comfortable bed…. Hotel has a nice restaurant with bright view and many hotel guests, or can have simple cafe food, juice, sandwich, yoghurt…. at airport terminal for dinner, coz just 2-3 minute indoor walk. Great value for money, highly recommended!

Diego from the front desk behaved very rude when asked for matches. Not willing to help whatsoever and rather cynical is his response.

I stayed as I had an early morning flight. It would have been a spectacular hotel 30 years ago but today the design is looking really old school. Which I rather like :-) Friendly staff, great buffet breakfast and less than 3 minute walk from T1. I would highly recommend this hotel if it were cheaper.

Flight was cancelled and booked the nearest hotel at the airport. Around 5 minute walk to the check-desks. Room was big and spacious, with free coffee and tea. Toothbrushes, slippers, shavers, shower caps etc. were all provided in the bathrooms. The breakfast was great, with friendly staff.

Service is good and location is very convenient to the airport
