We loved this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had two rooms with a beautiful shared balcony and the most amazing view - sunrise over the Borromee islands on Lago Maggiore. Great location, close to the motorway and a one hour drive to Milan if you want a change of scene after sightseeing around the lake. Breakfast was quite copious and a great start to the day.

On arrival my first impression was a bit doubtful. The hotel does feel a bit old fashioned. But the staff were very helpful and my room was comfortable, I slept really well. This was April so the lack of air con was not an issue. It's a short walk out of the centre but the price reflected that. I enjoyed my stay here.

The house is quite dry. That's why I liked it, the most diverse style elements merged. - Most friendly operators. I enjoyed amongst others the large panoramic festivities with sea view.

The owners are nice, very kind and helpful. The house is very nice and welcoming located in a beautiful mountain village. Absolute tranquility. There is also an almost identical apartment in the immediate vicinity.
