It's similar to domestic express hotels. It's a bit old, but it has everything it needs. The air conditioner is very new. Breakfast is included but only simple bread and juice. The surrounding environment is great.

The hygiene is really poor. There are yellow fluff everywhere on the bath towels and bathroom. The air conditioner is extremely noisy (probably related to the internal unit of the air conditioner). The sound insulation is also poor, but the location is not bad.

The first room smelled humid and musty. There was mold on the ceiling. The 1st attendant did not want to help, we almost moved to another hotel (at our own expense). Finally at the shift change, as we were getting ready to leave, the next guy came on, and helped us out. But, we lost a lot of time, and got charged extra for some odd reason. The first kid who helped us should definitely be fired. The hotel overall is a dump. Looks like it was nice at one point, but has been allowed to run down.

The property was dirty, the security lock on the side door was broken. I did not feel safe in the room so we left. Did not even stay the night. We went and booked a different hotel. Will never stay here again. The only good part was the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful.

Went to provo with my wife and two youngest for a graduation ceremony. The check in was smooth. The parking was great. We unloaded luggage into the room and were happy with the cleanliness and spacious room. Although the hotel is more seasoned it has a lot of character. Had a good night sleep on the comfortable bed. Breakfast was more continental but the waffles were a hit with the kids. Overall I'd continue to stay here because of the value.
