Lovely hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms, breakfast was fresh and in good supply.
Lovely location with bars and restaurants close to hand, would visit again if in the area.

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Ook al je eventueel later arriveert is de toegang goed geregeld. Kamer is erg netjes. Wij hadden een kamer boven het terras en aan de rotonde. Hierdoor wel de ramen gesloten ‘s avonds ivm het lawaai. Helaas geen koffie/thee voorziening op de kamer. Dit kon je wel pakken in de hal maar we miste het wel op de kamer. 1x zijn de gebruikte handdoeken die op het hangertje hingen opgevouwen terug gelegd alsof het nieuwe waren (beetje vreemd) Andere keer lagen er keuring nieuwe handdoeken en een nieuwe badmat, over de dichte wc, maar de wc en de wastafel waren niet schoongemaakt. We hebben dit niet gemeld omdat we het niet groter wilde maken dan het leek. Ontbijt was goed en netjes verzorgd. Parkeerplaats achter het hotel voor 5,- per dag. Erg fijn.

Rooms were really small. However hard to really complain as location and prices were really good but level to detail could be better. The hotel seems re-furbished in various steps over the last decades frequently, which gives it a bit of an akward feeling, depending which part of the property you in. However everything was tidy and clean, so no worries. Bed was comfy, but the room including the bath were really small. Breakfast was below average, as only discounter food (best case Aldi) was served, which was no secret because the breakfast room provides direct views to the plastic packs of cheese, eggs, sausages, etc. in the kitchen. As Prüm generally has not much to offer, we believe Goldener Stern is maybe still the best choice in this part of the Eifel.

Nous 7 dames retraitées à vélo avions réservé 7 chambres single. Une mauvaise chute de notre organisatrice nous a empeché d’arriver jusqu à cet hôtel. Aucun moyen de négocier avec cet établissement nous devons payer 7 x 70 €..pas même un geste commercial en déduisant le. Petit déjeuner.. Très déçue surtout qu en cette période l hôtel n’affichait nullement complet.. Ah business quand tu nous tiens…

Well placed in the centre of Preum with a car park.
Recently refurbshed bathromm.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und haben erwartet, dass Grundvoraussetzungen erfüllt sein sollten, wie Sauberkeit der Zimmer, Desinfektionsmittel am Frühstücksbuffett. So hatten wir einen Mülleimer mit stinkenden Zigarettenkippen im Zimmer, als auch Schmutz in jeder Ecke. Die Böden war nicht feucht gewischt, da weiße Socken schwarz wurden. Beim Frühstück ist das Besteck am Buffett schmierig und kein Desinfektionsmittel in Sicht. Man solle zur Rezeption gehen, dort stände etwas. Was war gut? Schöne renovierte Apartments, Sauna mit Ruhebereich, Parkplatz hinterm Haus, Lage im Zentrum. Fazit: Wenn Prüm mehr zu bieten hätte würden wir nochmal nach Prüm kommen, uns aber nach einer Alternative umschauen.

Direkt im Ort, schoen Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes Fruehstueck - gutes Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis. Empfehlenswert! Lage: direkt gegenueber der Basilika, Parkplatz hinterm Haus (EUR5/Nacht). Zimmer zur Strasse sind etwas laut Zimmer: schoen gross und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gute Betten und modernes, helles Bad. Fruehstuck: Buffet gute Auswahl (warm/kalt), gute, hochwertige Tee Auswahl, sehr freundlicher Bedienung Sehr schoen eine Honesty Bar, wo man sich abends noch ein Bier/Wasser nehmen kann.
