老闆態度差，明明訂房間了，晚上9點多到，他竟然跟我説沒房了，還説以為我不去了。聲稱給我打過很多電話，事實上我一個沒看見。我又跟他説怎麼會認為我會不去，我並未退房，他又説聯繫不了平台，也聯繫不上我，還説這是保護顧客私隱。反正前後極其矛盾。最後竟然威脅我不接受他的協調方案就給我退全款，讓我大半夜自己去找酒店，反正他也沒接我單（事實上，酒店已經確認入住了，衹是我還沒去，也不知道他為什麼就認為自己沒有接我單，自己完全沒責任，我去晚了是我的責任。事實上，酒店明確規定，凌晨六點以前入住，我並不覺得九點多很晚）酒店衞生差（鋪蓋是發黴的，實在不敢信，已附圖）枕頭上全是黑圈圈，關鍵人還覺得自己酒店衞生已經很不錯沒有24小時前台，基本上看不到人在前台，得打電話
