3004 room it is very nice and clean one, staff is very nic....

No basic amenities like kettle. But location was good for food, bank and supermarket.

I no understand why the picture so different when I check in, The whole hotel smells and very old , the room is not clean, Have cockroach….omg! Won’t come back stay again.

Please repair your router for wifi, as it is been very long the issue have been prolonged and there is no resolvers. T

super disgusting hotel, cockroach running around, the bed have hair, toilet dirty.... even cant fall in sleep

We killed 3 cockroaches in the room and 1 killed in our bag when we emptied the bag from the stay. Air cond is not cold even when we set it to 16°C. Towels were given in different colours and the same goes for the cups for drinking they are different sizes in one big and one small. No dental kit was given. No free bottled water. Good thing is nearby food is convenient, it is within walking distance.

Overall everything was find..only the room didn't provide iron. Iron have to to ground floor and no toiletries provide

Butget hotel.. location good, got many good restaurants..

Very noisy, at night always disturbing by the sound of door closing by the other guests.The bedding is okay, the room is small not like the pictures shown.i just stay one night even I have book for two night coz can't sleep well due the noisy surrounding.
