Magnifique salle à manger, grandes chambres mais à deux lits … la plupart donnent sur la place piétonne calme, d’autres sur une rue . À deux minutes du charmant zocalo. Ne pas oublier de monter à la terrasse pour le point de vue sur la cathédrale et l’église voisine.

El hotel colonial es muy bonito, merece la pena solo visitarlo (parece un museo; patio, ascensor, ...). El personal muy agradable y atento. Las habitaciones bien adaptadas sin perder el encanto de antaño. Perfecto para visitar el centro histórico.

El hotel es lindo y muy bien ubicado, la mayoría de los cuartos agradables. Las almohadas son muy viejas, el personal poco atento, y el restaurante terrible. nos cambiaron de cuarto el segundo día a uno muy pequeño, el elevador nunca estaba disponible

Specious rooms. High ceilings, beams and thick walls. Juliet balcony overlooking pedestrian street. Large dressing area/bathroom. Plentiful sockets. Big water cooler. Bathtub (no plug) ,fixed shower, hairdryer. No a/c. Central location. Breakfast to order eggs, ham, toast etc. Lunch /dinner (or both) mole poblano is a must Good nights sleep here, just the one night as part of a group tour.

Pretty nice rooms, a great atmosphere in the hotel, very good location. One point deducted for the not particularly good breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. This was our second trip to Puebla and we were excited to return to the city and have the pleasure of staying in this glorious hotel. The management of the hotel are very kind, Very attentive and thoroughly professional. Our room was VERY comfortable and spacious. Very nice bathroom with shower and hot water! We also highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The kitchen and the wait staff are very talented and professional. They excel in the preparation of specialties of Puebla: Mole Poblano, Chilaquiles de Mole Also, there is a very lovely roof-top terrace with views of the city and of Popocatépetl, a magnificent volcano located southwest of the city. The hotel is located in the middle of the old town of Puebla. The cathedral and other sights are within walking distance, as are various shops. The rooms are simple and clean. Breakfast is served at the table in an inner courtyard. Another highlight is the roof terrace with great views of the city and surrounding area. The hotel is recommended for a stopover.

Small, nice hotel in the city center. Old colonial building converted into a hotel. Room clean. Bathroom is OK. I slept well. Breakfast as always in Mexico, juice, fruit, egg dish or omelette, bread or toast, butter, jam, coffee or tea. Although I almost never drank coffee, I found it really bad everywhere.

I love the place. Old atmosphere with all current comforts. Very comfortable beds. Very nice and very clean. It couldn't be more central. Spend the day walking through the historic center. When I return to Puebla it will always be my favorite hotel.
