The Hotel was Very Clean and Safe!! The location was one block away from INM where i had to go to get my permanent residency here in Mexico. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room didn't have A/C but they brought me a very nice Fan. If i ever need to go back to that area of Puebla i will be staying there again!!

Lugar tranquilo y seguro. Puebla es una ciudad fria pero luego hay noches calurosas por lo que hacen faltan ventiladores. NO es necesario tener aire acondicionado...

Estuvo bien, la atención es muy rápida & buena, los cuartos están muy limpios, hay agua caliente & en general es una buena estancia.
El único detalle es que el Internet era algo lento, pero se entiende.
