Habitación Limpia y cómoda , la ubicación súper céntrica para moverte a cualquier punto de la ciudad fácilmente, en el tercer nivel hay una terraza que en las noches tiene una increíble vista a la catedral, buena música y cócteles .

No hay estacionamiento. No hay agua caliente en las noches. Pedí una toalla y jamás la llevaron. No hay servicio a la habitación (el restaurante abre a las 2 pm y cierra a las 10 pm).

The air conditioning did not work. The room was hot, humid, and uncomfortable. In the morning I went to check out and was in the elevator with my luggage. The door closed, I pressed the button, and then nothing. I was trapped inside and had to call the front desk on my phone to get someone to come help me get out.

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba, no cuenta con estacionamiento y hay que pagar 80 pesos (asi lo dice ña polotica del hotel) pero solo ampara de 8 de la noche a 8 de la.mañana y las hora fuera de ese horario hay que pagarlas lo cual no se dice en las politicas y servicio del hotel. Se le comento al gerente y no dio solucion solo se dio a la tarea de modificar sus politicas publicadas

Es una estancia agradable, precio justo. Me gustó el estilo y adaptación del inmueble colonial como hotel. Creo que se le podría sacar muchísimo más provecho con un mejor cuidado en los detalles.
