Didn’t get both bottles promised. I got charged for a smaller room. Slept poorly ac kept turning on. Door didn’t shut and made an annoying noise. Under impressed.

Can’t beat the location right in the heart of downtown Puebla. Next to all the historic sites. Although it has been operating for close to a century, the newly renovated hotel is a gem. And what a warm and personalised service. Claudia at the front desk was great. The rooftop restaurante Hook was fabulous as well with a great view of the zocalo and cathedral. Jorge and Alfonso took care of us the two nights we went up there to grab a late night drink! Will definitely come back soon. Gracias por todo!

Hotel très bruyant (Zocalo et orchestre du restaurant de l'hotel) ( fenêtres pas du tout isolées!!!) Accueil très moyen qui laisse à désirer ( réception et petit déjeuner), tout juste aimable. Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse avec belle vue sur le Zocalo (seul point positif, mais on a les nuisances sonores en prime). Salle de bain vraiment trop vêtuste. Au final, mauvais rapport qualité prix, l'hôtel semble vivre sur ses acquis et sa gloire passée.

The hotel is excellently located on the zocalo and has a good shower and alright bed. However, the parking is not free (15 pesos an hour), they only give you breakfast for the first morning (an a pretty poor one at that) and every day after is 60 pesos each. Also, the wifi is very poor. We had internet for the first day, but then it stopped working. The hotel building is very nice, but with the impersonal service and the need to pay for everything on top of the actual price, they ****** all of the atmosphere from the place. It is not a bad hotel, but don't expect the level of service to be too high.

Hôtel très bien placé (en face du zocalo). Immeuble ancien avec charme (bien décoré). Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon mais un peu dispendieux. Wifi un peu partout dans l'hôtel. Bon service. Il n'y a malheureusement pas de parking inclus.

Die zentrale Lage ist ausgezeichnet, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreicht. Rund um das Hotel gibt es viel Infrastruktur. Das Hotel ist sehr kommerziell ausgerichtet und durch den Terrassenbetrieb mit Massenabfertigung bliebt die Wertschätzung für den Hotelkunden auf der Strecke. Somit ist man hier falsch, wenn man erkannt und persönlich angesprochen werden möchte.
