Contratamos el servicio por la página del hotel un mes antes. Al llegar, no tenían nuestra reserva por lo que la habitación nunca la reservaron. Cómo era un día que había un evento, ya no había habitaciones. Conocemos las instalaciones y el hotel porque vamos desde que abrieron prácticamente, hemos ido al restaurante, a otros eventos y nuestro hijo hace equitación en el club. Era la primera vez que nos íbamos hospedar. Los de recepción efectivamente encontraron el mail de su propio sistema con la reserva, pero dijeron que no podían hacer nada, que se les pasó y ya no tenían habitación. Que lo sentían. El encargado Iván quedó en contactarnos en 40 min y nunca lo hizo, tuvimos que buscarlo como 4 horas después para que nos dijera lo mismo, que ya le había pasado con otras dos personas el mismo día. Quedaron en enviarnos una estadía de cortesía y nunca lo hicieron. Quizás aún les falta años para tener un buen servicio de hospedaje, realmente tienen 0 atención al cliente . Ojalá mejoren.

This place is next level! We booked it as we had 1 night in Quito before flying back to the UK and it was superb. The staff could not have been more helpful & the facilities were top notch. Our room was immaculate & we had a balcony on the lake where we saw so much wildlife including some quite rare birds. We were able to check out late & use the facilities until we needed to head to the airport and we had a wonderful relaxed afternoon by the outdoor pool. The food and drinks were delicious. A glorious setting and the perfect relaxing end to an amazing holiday.

Las Palmas is mostly a polo club. They host massive events. I wished they had let us know that they were hosting a massive party the day of or arrival, we spent an hour sitting in traffic trying to access the property. The property is located in a rural area, that can only be accessed through a narrow street.
When they host these events there is massive congestion. It took us longer to get to the hotel than to fly from Cuenca to Quito. Terrible experience. The music was loud and we could hear it in our room. The rooms are spacious but don’t have blackouts curtains.
The front desk was very apologetic but it was clear they didn’t think through how hosting a massive event would impact their regular customers.

Very spacious accommodation with mini kitchen, excellent place for just relaxing in a quiet spacious setting. Feels more like a country club than a hotel. Staff were incredible, very helpful in whatever was requested.

The hotel canceled my reservation a week before my arrival, claiming that I had not confirmed my reservation but I had paid when I made my reservation online three months before. They offered accommodation nearby for which I had to pay an extra equivalent to my hotel night which doubled my budget for two nights. I suspect a more lucrative event within the establishment is the cause of my late cancellation. We were not the only customers in the same situation that weekend. The small staff was very good but the organization remains more than to be desired.
