Neat place on San Cristobal Island on the Galapagos Islands. Staff very nice. Free breakfast included. What a lovely Island this is and Hotel!! Very close to the airport. Lovely small town of 9,000 people. Fun just to walk around and see the seals and wildlife! Beautiful harbor and lots of nice restaurants, especially if you enjoy seafood!! Had three nights out here with a small group tour. Just wish I would have had another two days out there! 15 islands there and only 4 inhabited. Don't miss the chance if your in Ecuador to not go out to the Galapagos!!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, breakfast was delicious every morning, it was clean, staff were wonderful and super friendly and helpful. It’s within walking distance from the boardwalk and downtown area. Sure it’s very basic and simple, but who cares when you are there for the fun part of the Galápagos Islands.

People at the hotel are amazing. They go out of their way to help and accommodate. Suzy is wonderful. Helping at front desk, restaurant and with other needs. Food was good. They made veg food for us as we asked. Creatively helped us arranging tours etc. Rooms were clean and serviced every day on time. Location is 5 minutes from all action. Other staff members are also very good.

This was a trip booked by a company and we stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel was as expected, no frills but had everything we needed. Breakfast was really good with lots of vegetarian options and staff was attentive and eager to help. Best part was front desk staff, they were available 24 hours and would help and answer any questions. One suggestion, while watching TV is not a priority but hope out of 30 something channels they’ll have at least one in English

The accommodations were nice. For me the pillows were flat, but they gave me another one. The pool next door is not a part of the hotel, so beware that if you go in, you have to order food or drinks. Easy walk to the boardwalk. The staff was friendly and quick to respond.

Everything was great with the exception of the planters on the 1st floor. In the three days we were here 3 people tripped. Staff was super accommodating. Breakfast staff was great, housekeeping staff did awesome making towel sculptures every day. Overall a great experience.

Great visit to the Galápagos! This hotel was friendly, clean, the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast each morning was a feast! They will cook your eggs to order, there are three types of local juice, a variety of fruits and breads, just a great start to the day. The bed was comfortable enough.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about Galápagos Planet. Great value for money, clean rooms and adequate breakfast but what topped it off was the friendliness of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they took great care of us .

Wonderful hotel. Comfortable and clean. Very well located to central Galapagos, shops and restaurants. Close to airport. Receptionist Suzy was exceptionally helpful. Free tea and coffee facilities and able to borrow a hairdryer. Breakfast room has fabulous views of sea. We would definitely stay here again. Thankyou.
