It is new, they are very useful and comfortable, clean and beautiful mini apartments. There are some bars around it but no local products and you need a car if you stay there.

Rooms very clean as always Beds comfy . Food good. Most staff very polite . Second time we have stayed here . Reason for 4 stars .... Unfortunately we will be staying else where next year . This year a few things let the trip down . We paid 50 euros for cocktails at the pool bar . Very weak . Cheap spirit used when we paid full price . The menu says the real spirit aswell . Went to order food and got a grumpy reply and very angry lecture due to me ordering close to closing time . Still 20 mins to order . Also not happy about filling our water bottle with water. No juice at meal times again Not even water . Juice and coffee at breakfast which is good . Kids entertainment fantastic . "Elva" I think her name was . She was brilliant . Very happy and polite great with the children . Overall very good but some things need addressing.

Pros - spotlessly clean room, comfy beds. Nice pool area and spa. Porto Colom very pretty, nice beach nearby and buses to other areas. Several bars/restaurants in the square in front of hotel. Staff helpful and hardworking. Cons - hotel on a busy road so not quiet. Building works in the vicinity (out of hotel's control). Food a bit hit or miss and meal service chaotic. Staff did their best and worked really hard, but not able to clear tables and reset quickly enough, we set our own table several times. Clean cutlery and crockery ran out. No kettle in hotel rooms. Lovely hotel but the area was a bit too quiet for us in the evenings.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The staff were wonderful and helped us when my husband left his bag on the transfer coach. All the staff were friendly and polite and the overall atmosphere was lovely. The food was top notch - different things every night (half board basis) and plenty of choices. The rooms are lovely and the whole place is immaculately clean. Complementary water in the fridge on arrival was a lovely touch after a long flight! The aircon was great too - even in early October it’s still very warm! The pool area was again immaculate- splash zone for kids if you have them and a lovely deep pool for a nice swim. Also an indoor pool which is small but a lovely temperature. The gym is small but has everything you need for a basic workout which my husband was happy with. The area is lovely and quiet but some nice bars and restaurants just outside the hotel if you fancy a change. It was so lovely we booked to go back next year (a first for us as we usually like to try new places!) and we can’t wait!

Loverly Hotel food was great .Nice size rooms and comfortable beds Nice staff very helpful Good location Close to harbour vith good view not a lot going on in hotel on a night.Had to walk a long way to find other places to eat Supermarket difficult to find.

Hôtel très accueillant et personnel aimable et disponible Les installations ( piscine,spa,salle de sport) sont très bien. La situation de l'hôtel, proche de l'arrêt principal des cars qui permettent de se déplacer facilement sur Mallorca est excellente

the hotel nice rooms nice apart from bathroom it has a glass door no privacy pool lovely , sorry but this hotel should be a 3 star no bar open in evenings except pool bar not for me sat on chairs that guest have sat on in day in sun lotion no lounge inside to sit in for a drink at night food same food day in and day out very poor even had to lay my own table one night asked for higher floor was told 30euros a night yet other guest we spoke to didnt pay extra towel were a dirty grey not white as they should be miles from anywhere would not come again and definately would not recommend no english channels reported twice to no avail
