Seit wir dieses Kleinod vor mehr als 17 Jahren fanden, vergeht kein Jahr ohne den Besuch bei Freunden. Nachhaltigkeit wird dort groß geschrieben, nicht nur bei den Mitarbeitern. Freundlichkeit und Respekt sind die Basis, sich dort wohl zu fühlen, ob am Pool, auf den Dachterrassen oder im grünen Garten💚 Eine Oase der Ruhe, für Familien mit Kinder daher nur bedingt geeignet😉. Die Apartments sind geräumig und für Selbstverpfleger bestens ausgestattet, wer mag kann sich aber auch im RIU Garoe verwöhnen lassen.

Ha sido un verdadero placer estos 5 días en Tenerife, el lugar es acogedor, tiene de todo, es súper tranquilo y nos encantó el detalle de bienvenida para mis hijas, se sintieron importantes y eso no está pagado.... Gracias a todo el personal por sus inmensas sonrisas, si algún día volvemos ya sabemos a donde!!!

Wünderschöne, ruhige Apartmentanlage mit sehr gepflegtem Garten. Super Service und Freundlichkeit. Große geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit kleiner Küche, komplett ausgestattet. Verpflegung selbst oder mit Verpflegungspaket in dem nahegelegenen RIU Garoe Hotel. Balkon oder Terrasse. Pool, Bibliothek, Billard. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ziele auf der Insel.

Appartamenti piacevole in una zona molto tranquilla vicina hai servizi importante come supermercati e ristorante raggiungibile a piedi. Servizio di pulizia delle camera ogni giorno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Non dispone di un parcheggio privato ma non e un problema c’è tanto parcheggio in prossimità della struttura. Noi abbiamo fatto check in alle ore 23:30 senza nessun problema.

Lovely apartments very clean ..20 minutes walk to bars restaurants ..local restaurants very good 5 minutes to walk all the staff are very friendly.. the maid's are lovely ..maybe not so good for children but great for couple's..would go there again

We were in Tenerife for a family holiday in the Ambassador Apartments. We were wowed by how clean and contemporary our apartments were, complete with a balcony facing the sea. We also had access to a pool, which was well-maintained. This also applied to the outdoor areas of the hotel. The place was also quiet and family-friendly. There were good transport links in terms of taxis in the area. However in our experience, most necessities such as the supermarket, as well as the town centre and the beach were within walking distance. The staff are diligent, friendly and always helpful, cleaning our apartments while we were out for the day. Outside of that, they were always welcoming, greeting us when we walked by, as well as giving us advice on how to access local amenities. All in all, we had a fantastic experience, thanks to the staff and management of the Ambassador Apartments. If we ever come back to Tenerife, we will choose to stay here again.

Très bon séjour dans cette jolie résidence appartements, conforme aux photos, très bon accueil avec personnel aimable et souriant, endroit très calme, piscine pas très grande mais agréable au retour des excursions, pas de parking, ce qui peut vous faire tourner en rond à cette période estivale. Nous avions pris la demi-pension à l'hôtel RIU Garoe, voiture conseillée pour s'y rendre, repas sous forme de buffet très varié et copieux, avec un personnel toujours souriant et aimable, nous avons apprécié. A recommander !

Gli appartamenti sono davvero carini e comodi, spaziosi, abbiamo trovato la giusta dotazione, un letto comodo, e la piscina è sempre una ottima comodità. Ti propongono e organizzano anche delle gite con servizio di trasporto fino al porto o la destinazione. Il personale è tutto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la posizione, si raggiunge il lungomare di Puerto de la Cruz in meno di 10 minuti in auto, 30 a piedi, e se ti serve al ritorno (in salita) puoi prendere un taxi a circa 7-8€. Zona tranquilla solito neo il parcheggio, ma è cosi ovunque a Tenerife. Forse unico consiglio un po' più di attenzione nelle pulizie.
