Good 4 star hotel. The rooms are newly renovated, have a large balcony, and if you're lucky, you'll have a view of the city and not the neighboring hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Location: a bit far from the beaches, but close to the bus station.

Facilitate comfortable. But breakfast is not rich, because the orange juice is fake

Very friendly hotel,the receptionist, Josie,I hope I pronounce right, was amazing,nothing was too much for him. The buffet breakfast and dinner was always different and delicious. The hotel as it is good. Need a little upgrade, but nothing much to complain about. Housekeeping staff was friendly,no much english,but they were helpful anyways. The gym need a bit more cleaning,but not many people used it anyways. I would recommend this hotel,very close to the beach, can't swim there, but nice and busy bars around. Also shopping was great in the area.

We are currently here, Arrived early morning and there was food put out for us, which was a pleasant surprise ,beautiful hotel, the staff are amazing. We have a view of Teidi mountain and a side view of the sea, food is good, lots of choice.They make you feel so welcome. Here’s to another 8 nights.

This is a lovely hotel in a good position - there are lots of bars in the surrounding area, some with live music nightly. The room was spacious and was cleaned daily, I can't say I am a fan of the glass walled shower and toilet though! We had a slight problem with the Internet as we had to keep signing in. There is a lovely rooftop swimming pool with a great bar,open all day serving cocktails. A shout out to Jose who was very helpful - he told us about a festival in a nearby village that had a huge firework display. It was very easy to get to with the bus terminal only a 5 min walk away. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Very decent hotel, deserves 5 stars considering the price-quality ratio. The hotel is clean and modern, with two large pools on the roof, plenty of sunbeds, a bar, shower, and toilet. Unfortunately, the rooftop is only open until 6 PM. The rooms are pleasant, featuring glass-walled bathrooms, balconies with chairs and a table. The downside was the single beds (they tend to separate), but the room is cleaned daily, and towels are regularly changed. Excellent base for exploring, 4 minutes to the bus terminal (buses are not heard), and a few minutes to the beach. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. On the downside, there is an absolute lack of parking spaces (as on the whole of Tenerife, though). Breakfasts are decent but monotonous, although you can organize them in such a way that during a 5-7 day stay, you can eat something different every day. Overall, I highly recommend it. If I return to Puerto, I will definitely aim for this hotel again.

What can I say. First class hotel. Reception staff excellent, only too helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff friendly and very efficient. The chefs first class, friendly helpful and eager to ensure that you tried Spanish cuisine. The only problem I had was asking for a spoon to put the sauces from the excellent dishes on my plate. I was amazed by the many choices of dishes that were. One thing if you like junk food don’t go to this hotel. All in all a first class hotel with excellent staff and a fantastic restaurant. The only problem is that I have to loose weight now!!

Firstly the hotel is absolutely spotless and beautiful to look at. The rooms are also up there with the best I’ve stayed at. The pool area is so relaxing and have a great selection of drinks and snacks. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast but that’s probably because I’m a picky eater. I stayed over my birthday and had a letter through the door of my hotel room to say happy birthday and that a table had been reserved for me at 8.30 with a surprise waiting for me (the surprise being 2 free cocktails or 2 free beers/wines). Amazing hotel I will definitely stay again next time I’m in tenerife

we have visited this hotel at least 18 times since February 2022 and will continue to keep going back. Friendly staff in all departments from the manger to the cleaning staff and the kitchen staff and reception staff. Nice modern hotel very good value for money highly recommended

This hotel is the best in Puerto de la Cruz. The rooms were vere clean (every day!), the breakfast was delicious and the wifi super fast. Close to the nice centre of. The city, which is also nice. Special thanks to José at the reception. He helped us super well with choosing the right excursions and was super friendly. Would recommend!

Contemporary central hotel located near Bus Station enabling easy transport links. Great room with comfortable bed, maintained impeccably clean by Housekeeping. Beautiful views from rooftop swimming pool / bar area, water very inviting. Good meals, plenty of choice including omelette bar @ breakfast, fresh fish & meat @ dinner. Friendly cheerful staff … thank you all. Would be extremely happy to return … Espero volver pronto !

Accommodation was very good and beds really comfy. Well located for the bus station and also town centre although it was quite a steep hill down. It was let down with its food choices. There should have been an a la carte option this was not available. Also the bar closed at 10pm

The hotel is very well situated with a modern feel to it and the rooftop pools have an amazing view . The bar serves lovely food and the staff are very helpful . Rooms are modern and spacious and always very clean . The breakfast buffet was very generous and varied , lots to choose from . I would not hesitate to return to this hotel . Special mention to Luana and Jose from reception as I had left some items behind and they worked hard to arrange their return . Faultless service 😊

I have just been on my first solo trip and I chose this hotel to stay at. I didn’t find the reception team overly helpful. When I checked in, I wasn’t given any information at all about the location of the restaurant for breakfast or the opening and closing times. I also wasn’t given any information on where the pool was, the operating times, towels etc. I asked if I could have a room with a sea view, but I was told I couldn’t with no reason why. I was willing to pay the additional, but it was a flat out no. On the few times I had any questions, the lady on reception didn’t stop what she was doing on her computer, she spoke to me whilst she continued working so I felt like a bit of a nuisance to her. The pool areas are spacious and have plenty of sun beds. It was quite empty when I used the pool and I can only imagine the reason for that is the sun beds are very uncomfortable. You can’t seat them up, you can only lay on them. A few times I took my pillows up so I could try and sit up and read my book. The pool by the bar is a lovely temperature, but the pool on the other side is freezing. The pool staff were very friendly and they served a good club sandwich. I paid for bed and breakfast, but only ate their breakfast once. The food way okay, but wasn’t very hot and not much variety. My room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was quite hard which I’m not used to, but I actually slept very well. My room faced the main road which was a little noisy at times, but it didn’t disturb me too much. The location was brilliant. It’s in a central location and I was able to walk everywhere. As a solo traveler, I felt safe here.
