Hotel was a absolute disgrace room was full of mold balcony door doesn’t lock properly food was raw half the time gave me and my girlfriend bad food poisoning hotel staff were rude and arrogant asked to speak to a manager on muiltple occasions which I got told there’s no manger on site eventually I spoke to someone turns out there was a manger in the building all weekend the manger was quite rude herself telling me well that’s what it is after been showed pictures they refused to do anything about it I will never be coming back don’t bother wasting ur money and go else where

De in en uit checken bij de recepten verliep soepel en vriendelijk. De bedden sliepen heerlijke, elke dag schone handdoeken, het eten was matig/slecht, het was erg luidruchtig in en rondom. De gastheren en vrouwen zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Las habitaciones muy bien. Todas nuevas con camas enormes, cómodas y el servicio de limpieza también genial. El bufet horrible. Muy poca variedad. Todos los días lo mismo cambiando dos o tres platos. Comida mala, seca y a veces de dudoso estado. El horario de cena es de 19:30 a 21:30 pero si vas a las 20:30 y se termina de algo ya no lo reponen y a partir de las 21:00 ya retiran la mayoría de bandejas. Algo que nos llamó bastante la atención es que habia una cena de empresa por lo que a los que estábamos hospedados en el hotel teníamos hasta las 20:30 para cenar restringido áreas del hotel como la zona de pub en la séptima planta....

The hotel at first glance is very modern and clean. The room cleaning staff are first class they are very thorough and clean on a daily basis. The all inclusive package allows you a choice of food and drink on a daily basis. The choice of food in the restaurant is mainly self select and is presented in a professional manner. The one area for improvement is the hot food serving prepared by the chefs on most days the food was luke warm and frankly poor in quality. One suggestion regarding breakfast would be to have a chef prepare fresh omelettes/bacon etc this would add value to the breakfast fare. The evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss but the area where it was held was comfortable. All round we had an enjoyable break.

Très belle chambre avec vue sur la mer Très bonne literie Buffet très copieux avec beaucoup de choix mais pas très raffiné. Par contre, les animations du soir sont minables et pas d’extérieur aménagé pour boire ou fumer en soirée . Le bar de la piscine ferme à 19 h. Les pique niques sont payants même en all inclusive.

The hotel staff are willing and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily. In addition to the recepcion, it is possible to use optional programs. The food is varied and plentiful. We had a fantastic week here. We would lobe to come back! Thank yuo!

Absolutely amazing, first time here, was a little worried with some of the reviews but nothing to worry about, very very clean, friendly staff, we came end of November to 10th December and was pretty quiet, sun trap at the front so if you don't mind burning lol that's your best bet plus it's a little noisy at the front , back view is the sea view more quieter and cooler was best option for us worth paying that extra , we was bnb lots of choice in breakfast, close to everything you need, the town is about 20 minutes walk down hill but up hill back to the hotel which cost us 5€ to 7€ each way, will be definitely coming back here again, pictures of see few from 5th floor

Bluesea olikin yllätykseksemme kolmen eri hotellin kombo. Kuntosali oli naapurihotellissa, samoin lounas ja sisäuima-allas. Isoin miinus tulee todella kovasta metelistä lähibaarista, mikä jatkui päivittäin aamuyöhön asti ja kuului hyvin 6. kerrokseen. Hotelli on parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, mutta upealla paikalla.

Our experience
We had a spacious sea view room, the bathroom was a nice size too. We were more than happy with the room. We were half board, but was disappointed with the choice of food. The dining room was like a works canteen. The staff worked hard clearing plates and rushing around, it was done on a budget and it showed. Would recommend eating out and about, it’s worth it, we found some nice restaurants all in walking distance. The pool was freezing so we didn’t go for a swim, which was a shame. But we always managed to get a sun lounger, even though the hotel was packed. The reception was very welcoming and friendly.
