We booked a triple room on November 30th and problems began from the moment we checked in: the door to the room wouldn't open and, after an hour, the receptionist managed to open it with a special device. We asked to change rooms, but were told that the hotel was full. Later, when we returned in the evening, the door still didn't work and we couldn't access our belongings. The receptionist, unable to offer adequate solutions, lost his temper and treated us with shouts and disrespect. Finally, after two hours and the intervention of a technician, we managed to get our things back, but we still haven't received the refund we asked for to change hotels. As the only solution, the receptionist assigned us another room. The facilities were deplorable: worn-out furniture, dirty and torn bedding, damp, poorly designed bathrooms that flooded, and cockroaches everywhere. In addition, the place was full of dust, which caused respiratory problems for the three people staying there, who were allergic to mites. The breakfast was basic and of poor quality: cold food, hard bread and pastries, and awful drinks that made our stomachs upset. This accommodation not only has unacceptable facilities, but also poor management and staff with no ability to solve basic problems. We do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.
