un albergo molto bello , pulito e con lo staff molto gentile. unica pecca per arrivare in centro bisogna fare un pò di strada, o scalini. comunque se si è in coppia va benissimo. il cibo buono con varietà ma consiglio di mettere gli ingredienti nei cartelli. piscina bella e riscaldata.

Volvíamos después de 20 años , y la verdad que la experiencia ha sido muy buena ,hemos vuelto con los niños y me han dado una gran habitación con sofás independientes para cada niño, las camas nuestras han sido muy buenas junto con las almohadas, buffet pequeño pero completo y variado , los empleados muy amables pero cabe destacar al señor Tino que estuvo muy pendiente en todo momento de nosotros, lo recomiendo y si volvemos repetiremos.

Veel kamers aan rumoerige straat. na dit vermeldt een iets rustiger kamer gekregen. Omgeving mooi. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Heerlijke zwembad tuin.primaontbojt buffet. En service bij zwembad. Wordt goed schoongemaakt.

Location is good, there are shops, pharmacy, restaurants arround. If you wake-up early, you have to buy coffee from coffee shop cross the road, because the kitchen open @ 8:30. Staff were friendly, rooms are cleaned every day. We didn't found welcome pack as per description ( no shampoo, or hand wash). I was not able to make changes on my booking, due to flight times ( I paid for 7 nights and stayed 6). The food is good, but basic, nothing specific. No air conditioning in the room. They are people that are keeping the lounge chairs for all day, even if are not there. No one cares about.

ESPECTACULAR! Si quieres estar como en casa ESTE ES TU LUGAR !!! Somos clientes habituales. Llevamos viniendo 20 años seguidos. Todo el personal es encantador, muy atentos, excelentes, agradables… te sientes como en casa!! La comida del buffet es un mix entre mediterránea y americana. El bar también tiene para comer pero más tipo “fast food” . Las habitaciones igual que en la descripción e imágenes. Dos piscinas. Todo muy bien cuidado Tiene un espacio para poder dejar a los niños con diferentes actividades para que puedan disfrutar con una chica que está con ellos. Puedes jugar al tenis y pin pon. Es un hotel muy familiar.

Son apartamentos con cocina incluida. Están limpios, son correctos. El trato del personal es atento y amable. Quizás por poner un pero, mejorable la comida. La piscina es agradable y lo suficientemente grande para todos los asistentes. Está bien situado si quieres moverte por la isla. Si quieres ir al Puerto de la Cruz, toca bajar y subir cuestas….
