Due to problems with my flight I was not able to enjoy the accommodation and it indicates that it is non-refundable. Bad service

It's not bad for the price. This time the bed was noisy when moving in it and the room smelled of tobacco, they have better rooms and I got the bad one this time.

The hotel located in a spectacular way, the facilities are somewhat outdated but very very clean, especially the bathroom, the small pool is nice and clean. Recommended

This is my second time staying at the hotel as a group and again what a great experience. The Staff are fantastic and will do what ever they can to make your stay perfect. The food is fantastic and the variety is great. The beds are comfy and the whole hotel is spotless. There are a few things that could do with a bit of a spruce up, like the carpet on the stairs, but this in no way detracts from your experience. It is perfectly located, has a roof top pool and is a great price...what more can you ask for!

Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms clean and spacious with a little garden patio. Excellent location to go explore. Staff helpful and friendly. The only downside was people above us had no respect ( young adults) and flicked cigarette ash onto our patio and a sandwich. Told reception who were very apologetic. Overall nice, basic 3 star hotel.

Staying at this hotel right now and I love it, single room is very small on 4th floor but I’m not in it much but I totally love my patio with sunbed and tables..it is bigger than room and gets sunset . Staff are lovely and it’s a perfect location, no it’s not 5 star but if you are happy staying in a lovely hotel and don’t expect the world this is brilliant

If you're looking for the luxury of a five star hotel, then 4Dreams won't be for you. However, if you do book 4Dreams you won't be disappointed, because what you will get is a very clean, centrally located, well-run, comfortable hotel with friendly, efficient, helpful and welcoming staff! It's also great value for money! Our room on the first floor at 4Dreams was spacious having a large built-in wardrobe with shelves, more than enough room for our two week stay. It was also quiet with just the occasional noise which you'd expect from excited youngsters passing by, but very little internal noise. Our twin beds were lovely and comfortable, providing us both with a good night's sleep throughout our stay. There were also extra blankets and pillows if needed which did come in handy during a couple of nights. Our bathroom was well equipped with a bath plus an efficient shower with plenty of fast flowing hot water, sink and bidet - and again, more than enough shelving for both of us to display our toiletries etc. The white towels provided were lovely and soft and could be changed if left on the floor to be collected by the cleaning staff. All rooms are provided with a fridge. We found this so useful because it meant we could buy fresh salads to have at lunch times as well as keeping our drinks chilled. Great! Without a doubt, this lovely hotel, in prime position for shops, restaurants, beach, harbour and pretty much everything else, is a gem! Within a couple of minutes of walking you are in the midst of so many great restaurants, eateries, ice cream parlours, colourful street vendors, musicians, and street artists. The mood here evolves from a friendly, carnival-like atmosphere to a warming feel that is both soothing and peaceful and at times almost serene as individuals, groups and families slowly drift and meander through the town. This unhurried, leisurely lifestyle quickly becomes most agreeable, being in complete contrast to the cut and thrust of the UK's faster pace of everyday life. One of our favourite locations nearest to 4Dreams Hotel is Plaza del Charco, the oldest part of the town, full of character and charm. Here you'll find some beautiful well-tended gardens and the most elegantly, ornate church - Iglesia de Nuestra Senora de la Pena Francia. This area seems to be very popular and where most people like to gather either to enjoy dining out or to just be together. During the festive season it's an ideal vantage spot to view the spectacular Christmas procession as it slowly winds its way through the town. And all this in less than a couple of minutes from 4Dreams! During our stay we found so much to do we didn't have time to view the flat screen television in our room however, on those evenings when my favourite football team was playing, I'd wander down to the Bee Hive Pub to watch the match on their big screens. Here was a great atmosphere without the noise and sometimes rowdiness of UK pubs, and only a three minute walk from 4Dr

Dream is an absolute DREAM! The hotel is hip and fun. It is walking distance to the best live music bars... The staff is kind and attentive.. SHOUT OUT TO FELICITY who went above and beyond: providing waters and feminine products, drawing maps, etc., to make our stay even more fantastic! We LOVE Nashville!

Overall, wasn't expecting much to be fair from reading previous reviews and pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very central and easy to get to the marina and a lovely square with some very good restaurants/entertainment. I had room 409 and the sump pump from the rooftop hotel woke me up at 06:30 every morning, but changed to another room with no problem. It was clean, no bed bugs I'm happy to report! (unlike a guest who was on the coach back to the airport who had bedbugs so bad their party of 7 had to find an air BnB). The coach transfer was long, especially going back - an hour going round and round Porto De La Cruz!! - make sure you visit the restroom before boarding! The very small fridge provided was cold enough to keep ice in the small compartment so was very happy. I only had breakfast 2 times of the week I was there and it was ample and plenty fresh and canned fruit, yogurt, eggs (different style every day) and the usual continental stuffs. The "juice" dispenser had real orange juice so was very pleasantly surprised.

There's a lot to like about the 4dreams Hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. The reception staff are friendly and check in is quick and painless and the reception area is clean and tidy with comfortable furniture. We had a room on the second floor with a small balcony overlooking the pedestrian street to the front of the hotel and one thing to note about rooms at the front of the hotel is that they overlook a school. We only heard the children on the first day of our holiday because they went on Easter break afterwards, but it's something to bear in mind because they're obviously quite noisy when they're out playing on the yard. Our room was perfectly adequate - it was clean, with comfortable beds, enough storage for clothes and a clean bathroom with a good hairdryer, enough towels (changed daily if you want), some free toiletries and always plenty of hot water - I've definitely stayed in worse when I've been travelling. It could be a bit noisy into the early hours and again in the morning when there are deliveries being made to other properties on the street but overall I slept pretty well during our stay. The rooftop area is great if you want to sunbathe, relax and read, although I found the pool too cold to use at this time of the year - there were quite a few sun loungers and parasols for guests to use but you do need your own towels. Breakfast was a fairly simple affair, but fine for the price paid. There was a daily choice of cold meats, cheeses, fresh rolls, sliced bread for toast, juice, fruit, bacon, eggs, pastries, cereals, milk/plant milk, yogurts and cake. The coffee was not great however and there did seem to be recurring problems with the coffee machine so I switched to the PG Tips on offer which was fine. The old town area of Puerto de la Cruz is really lovely. Plenty of good restaurants, bars and cafes, nice places to sit on the shade and people watch and it is kept very clean and tidy on a daily basis - I wish it was like that back at home! If we ever return to Tenerife, I would return to this hotel as it offers very good value for money.
