Una estancia magnífica,agradable,en una habitación preciosa y muy amplia,hotel súper tranquilo y magnífico para descansar.El personal de lo más amable y atentos,sobretodo la recepción que me han atendido de la mejor de las maneras ,atentos a cualquier cosa que necesitará,también restaurante han sido súper amables,muchas gracias por todo.

Très belle hôtel et bien situé sur les hauteurs de Puerto de la cruz. Chambre front de mer, suite spacieuse. Petit déjeuner uniquement, buffet complet et personnel agréable. Personnel du ménage très gentilles. Parking gratuit à proximité. Je recommande.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay The hotel and staff are polite and helpful Our room was spacious clean and comfortable Food in the buffet restaurant was good But could of been hotter The thing to disappoint us was the night time entertainment or should I say lack of bingo is not entertainment although Anna is great

I have very happy memories of this hotel particularly as they made me feel very welcome been some one with a learning disabilities especially Anna one of entailment team top top some of hotel is very confusing as it is on different levels some bits like underground car park hotel needs in mason The hotel to give to people who stay at hotel aswell as map of The resort of pueto de la cruz

Das Bett war gemütlich, die Regendusche herrlich und nach dem Zimmertausch hatte ich einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Die Reinigungsdame war bezaubernd und hat mir immer Bonbons auf das gemachte Bett gelegt. Das Barpersonal und die Manschaft beim Frühstück und Abendessen sehr aufmerksam.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Lage ist sehr gut. Unsere Zimmer war auf der Berg Seite, würde ich auch bei nächsten Mal auch bestellen. Wir hatten zwei kleine Balkons, jeweils in Wohnzimmer und ein in Schlafzimmer. Ich weiß nicht ob es in allen Zimmern so war. Leider sind die Balkone nicht so groß bei uns daß man da eine Liege stehen kann aber man ist eh viel unterwegs. Auf dem Balkon stehen zwei Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch. Badezimmer ist groß.

Großzügige Unterkunft (Suite) mit tollem Meerblick und Blick auf die Stadt, Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom großen Trubel der Stadt, trotzdem ist der Strand und auch der Busbahnhof in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mehrmals täglich Shuttlebus ins Stadtzentrum.Abwechslungsreiches und schmackhaftes Essen im Büffetrestaurant. Sauberes Haus und freundliches Personal.

Het was een heerlijke, prettige en ontspannen vakantie. We zijn tot rust gekomen in een mooie en ontspannen omgeving. De bediening en service is vriendelijk. De maaltijden lekker met voldoende keuze. We willen zeker nog een keer gaan komen.

El hotel está bien ubicado, zona de parking cerca. Vale la pena la experiencia todo incluido. Las instalaciones muy cómodas y exclusivas, es un plus que sea pensado para adultos. Recomendado para quien valore comodidad y privacidad. El gimnasio bien equipado, la piscina es lo necesario
