Nice hotel. Very clean and tidy. Spacious rooms that are cleaned daily. Buffet restaurant had a good variety ( food could have been warmer at times. Excellent evening entertainment most nights. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s on a steep hill so if you struggle walking you will need to use the hotel shuttle or a taxi. Taxi is around 5-6 Euro each way to the marina area. Would I go back. Yes.

Buen hotel para pasar unos días en puerto de la cruz, cerca del pueblo. Pasamos unos días en navidad con cena de nochevieja muy fecomendable. Sin duda lo mejor la atención del personal del hotel, cocinero Antonio, camareros Gustavo, Rembrant o Francisco, recepcionistas.., volvería sin dudarlo.

Very nice Hotel. Clean rooms, regular cleaning. Pool heated and cleaned every morning. Hotel staff very friendly. Food large selection for breakfast and dinner. Lunch time a little less because many guests buy half board. Overall, the food is tasty. Artistic program very attractive. Lots of artistic and singing shows. I would especially like to thank Animator Anna who is the greatest treasure of this Hotel. Very smiling and friendly. Thanks to her our stay was a pleasure.

Das Bett war sehr bequem und groß, Kissen waren ausreichend vorhanden. Großes Zimmer. Bad mit Dusche und Regendusche. Es war jeden Tag piko bello Sauber. Zu einer hervorragenden Bewertung kann man nicht mehr hinzufügen. Außer weiter den Service und die Qualität beibehalten.

Hotel à fuir Les matelas sont durs, tout est vieillot,mites,cafards et poissons d argent dans la salle d'eau.les repas sont insipides, trop de surgelés l hotel est assez loin de la plage, aucune activité dans cet hôtel ni aux alentours, il n'y a aucun jeune dans cet hôtel, c'est un club de troisième âge pour personne valide et sympatiques . A 23 h tout est terminé, au dodo . Je n'exagère pas, tout ce que j écris est vrai. je suis tellement déçue de toute cette publicité mensongère sur alua soul orotaca valley à tenerife nord. A fuir

Tolles Hotel mit frisch renovierten, riesigen Zimmern. Sehr freundliches Personal und top Reinigung und Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel. Restaurant ist gut, hat eine grosse Auswahl und jeder findet sicher etwas Leckeres, leider einige Speisen für meinen Geschmack zu kalt. Besonders toll ist der Pool. Es gibt einen riesigen öffentlichen kostenlosen Parkplatz mit direktem Weg (100m) zum Hotel (200m vor dem Hotel rechts rein)

Avoid this hotel if you can. I had no WiFi connection during my entire stay ( almost a weekI reported the issue on 2 different occasions but nothing was done about it. The reception is too slow and sometimes it could take between 10- 15 minutes waiting in a queue for a simple task or asking a question. They didn't answer the phone when I rang from the room. There is a long walk along very long corridors from the room to the reception area and the restaurant. There is No laundry facilities on the site either. The hotels is situated on the top of a hill and going to the nearest shops for basics such as milk or water can be physically challenging since the nearest shops are over several hundred meters away Down hill and on the way back you would end up walking uphill with the shopping bags. Despite its seculotion from the city centre the hotel is quite noisy . Noise comes from both inside and outside. The walls are too thin and you could hear the next room easily. The Air-conditioning was a joke and didn't go below 23 degrees and it was very warm . The TV channels are useless if you don't understand Spanish or German language. They had BBC1 and 2 and ITV but BBC channels were either not available most nights and if they were the pictures kept freezing ( bad signals). This hotel is NOT English speaking friendly and definitely not a real 4 stars hotel. I received better services at 2 stars Hotel.
