The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the reception!! The two Italians who located them are cordial and sunny! The absolute biggest flaw is the fact that the swimming pool on the terrace and everything else closes at 7 pm, which does not allow you to admire the beautiful sunset! Strengths should be exploited, not demolished!

Just home from a week's stay at these apartments. As a solo traveller I was a bit apprehensive having read some poor reviews, but the one bedroom apartment I had was fantastic, very clean and had everything you'd need for your stay. There wasn't an oven in the kitchen but there was a microwave, 3 ring induction hob, toaster, kettle & coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, pots, crockery & cutlery. Cleaners were in every 2nd day. I had a side sea view room which was nice but only had the sun on the balcony for a few hours early morning. If I visit the apartments again I would request a sea view room at the front of the apartments. The roof top pool and sun terrace area were great, there's also a hot tub, fantastic views from there and never too busy. Manuel one of the lifeguards was great and always helping everyone. The only downside to the pool was it was very deep, there was no shallow end. The apartments are set on a hill and the area around there is very hilly, there is a bus stop outside the hotel and there's a regular bus service which runs through to all the main resorts.

Fuimos con un day pass. Trato muy agradable sobre todo de Isabel en el bar y José Manuel, el socorrista. El complejo es tranquilo, no hay mucha gente en las piscinas y sobre todo son extranjeros. Hamacas suficientes. Parasoles suficientes. Comida correcta. Experiencia muy buena. Volveremos.

Jet2 take photos from a drone over the rooftop pool, making this look like a generic Med apartment hotel. The reality is, it’s like a tenement block from UK in the 70’s. There’s an arcade of ships in the middle, you have to walk down this to get to the reception. 70’s cafeteria with a terrible buffet breakfast, worth in my opinion €2.50 at best, yet they charge €9.90 if you don’t have breakfast included. Eat next door in a local cafe for better food at half the price. Jet2 are a disgrace for misleading customers into thinking this is a lovely place and they should show real photos of which I have taken many. Apart from Istanbul in 1991, this is the worst holiday I’ve had, and I’ve travelled throughout Africa, Asia and Europe in some far flying places. Good and bad. So this says a lot.

We just returned from Tenerife and a stay at the Vigilia Park. The room was furnished to a good standard, and had a decent size kitchen and bathroom. There is no aircon in the room, but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. We found this was enough (June 2024), we even left the balcony doors open to help cool our apartment as we did not encounter any mosquitos during our stay. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The reception staff were friendly and spoke good English. I have two main criticisms. We stayed for a week, and the room was cleaned twice. I'm sure most holidaymakers agree that it's always lovely when you come back to the room and the beds are made, and the bathroom looks great. The other thing is about the pools. You have the choice or a lovely rooftop pool and sunbeds, or a larger one at ground level also with sunbeds (both are supervised). The ground floor pool has wifi (nowhere else in the hotel has free wifi) and a sign to say only food and drink purchased in the hotel can be consumed there, even though there is no bar/kiosk to purchase anything. The rooftop pool (4th floor) has a bar which is particularly lovely at sunset, but this area has no free wifi. The position of this aparthotel is quite good, being inbetween Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes and a short walk to both. This area is very hilly so wherever you walk, you will need to walk up a steep hill at some point. The bus stop is opposite and you can easily get to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas (beware weekends have a less frequent bus schedule). You should take a snap of the QR code on the bus stop to get the timetables of all the bus routes of the local operator Titsa. Finally, Lidl is the closest supermarket about 150 metres up from the hotel which we found very convenient.

We stayed in a 2 bed side sea view apartment for a week starting end of May, was slightly worried after reading alot of bad reviews but the apartment was spacious, had 2 floors the master is upstairs and has an onsuite and it's own large balcony, (would suggest adding a sun lounger to the top floor apartment balconies as big enough to accommodate), with another balcony and bathroom downstairs. Staff were friendly, check in/out was easy and the locations great, plenty resteraunts/bars/shops in walking distance or short taxi ride away. It is hilly though so be prepared. Main issue we had was the pool opening times, they're only open 11am-7pm which isn't great especially when you have a 5 year old who's up at 8 excited swim. All in all great holiday and you get what you pay for, it's obviously not the height of luxury but for a budget holiday was fab.
