This hotel is on what appears to be a mostly deserted street. The room was very noisy and we were kept awake all night by noise from the street. The room was not that clean, and the front desk staff was not very helpful. No place to eat on the premises.

My husband and I stayed one night in the Hotel Coca Imperial. The front desk worker was fantastic. He was helpful, he was caring, and he did everything in his power to help our stay, including helping with laundry service. However, the room was not very clean, including finding used/chewed gum on one of the headboards, hair in the sink, and hair in the shower. The window in the bedroom would not lock and the window above the shower would not close. Bottom line, I'd hire the front desk people if I could, but I would not stay in this hotel again.

We arrived in Coca late afternoon to start a rainforest trip the next day. Our hotel room was decent and spacious but the staff on reception showed hardly any interest. Their service was well under par and the place wasn't busy either.
