Puerto Galera Hotels with Wi-Fi

Amazing staff, extremely friendly and very professional. Right on the beach, although the beach is a little dirty, not so nice. However, it's a cheap ride to the beautiful White Beach. The spa attached to the resort was also great! Food was good. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel has steps to climb, which can be troublesome if you have bad legs and feet, but it is no problem for young people. The price/performance ratio is very good. The rooms are small, and some have sea views. The disadvantage is that the dog barks behind the room, and you go out to beat the dog in the middle of the night. It is worth mentioning that I was diving at the Redang Dive Shop. This dive shop is very close to Redang and can be reached in just one minute. Diving is very convenient. However, the Jasmine Hotel opened by their dive shop is super far away. Food and water in the room are very expensive. It is recommended to buy them in the store downstairs.

1. Hotel location: 900 meters away from the white sandy beach, you can walk along the highway for 15 minutes, or walk along the beach through a reef, about 25 minutes. 2. Hotel environment: Have your own beach at least 50 meters, very suitable for watching the sunset of the sea, and falling asleep listening to the sound of the waves. Unfortunately, the beach has a lot of pebbles and the sand is relatively thick, which is not suitable for swimming. The waves during my stay in the past few days were relatively big, and it was not suitable for swimming. I could only swim in the hotel pool 3. Hotel facilities: the room is spacious and bright, facing the sea, there is a balcony with green plants and a sofa bed, you can lie down and chat and watch the sea view. Disadvantages: The pillows are very uncomfortable, my friends and I both sleep with neck pain; the single bed in the double room is too narrow about 90 cm; there is no toothpaste and toothbrush, ask the front desk to pay for it; one less towel for wiping hair 4. Breakfast is very simple. When it is free, two slices of toast + egg + 1 cup of drink, others need to be paid separately, the price is not low 5. Whether the room is suitable for children, as soon as I entered the room, I removed the two single beds, and there was a sofa bed that was stretched out. The next day the waiter saw that we didn’t need it, and we would harvest the sofa, so we should live in a family it is also fine Because I didn't see a hotel with 4 stars or more in White Beach on Ctrip, I booked this one, and I am basically satisfied with it.

Lovely to return to one of my favourite hotels in the Philippines.I love the location of Blue Crystal; away from all the hustle and bustle of Sabang and Puerto Galera. The friendly, helpful staff are still working at the resort and worked hard to make my stay a very pleasant one. I look forward to returning again in the not too distant future.

Close to Sabang beach - 5 mins by bike (P25 only) or 25 mins walk. In quite hill overlooking bay - nice sea view. Very clean swimming pool. Good WiFi outside the room. Have back up generator for frequent power failure - only problem is that air con not available when generator is on. Staff is very friendly and offer good advice on tour and ferry services. Provide bike rental and tricycle at very reasonable price. Clean pool daily and when request, quick to clean up room. Cleanliness is excellent. Good selection of cable TV channels Will definitely stay with them for my next PG trip

I'd like to graciously comment that to some extent, we had a good and fulfilling stay except for an uncomfortable experience in meeting a few ”defensive” staff of Jack Daniel Apartments. I would kindly suggest that next time, please welcome your guests warmly first before telling it to their face the cost of (e.g.) extra mattress for each night, missing bath towel, etc. I think it's intimidating to confront the guests with ”this and that prices” when they have just arrived. I regret to say that some staff were defensive in their explanation. Another intimidating act was the suggestion of Ms. Jocie for us to book another room with two superior bedrooms, when our booking confirmation stated 4 adults and 4 children. It was just relieving when she finally honoured the Agoda Booking Confirmation, but not after hours of long discussions 😢. Anyhow, I wasn't very glad to pay Php 2,000. for two extra mattresses for our additional two school children; and even this amount is high. We liked the swimming pool and the gardens. The property must have seen long years but well maintained. Despite my experience with a few intimidating staff, I'd like to thank Jack Daniel Apartments.

Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there

Process: Go to the luxury family room scheduled for diving on National Day. It is about 100 meters away from SABANG beach. The entrance to the mountain for the first time is not easy to find. Breakfast has American and noodles. The American default is 2 slices of grilled meat, 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of toast, small sauce jam and butter; if you want noodles, cook noodles; Overall rating: Very good Advantages: good service attitude and good sanitation; environment is good, there is a drop, and the vegetation is rich; the rooms are basically detached houses, and the rooms on the hill can overlook the entire SABANG beach; quiet and ecological, and there are insects calling at night Sound, there will be cuckoos flying to the balcony in the middle of the night, and geckos can often be seen outside. We stayed 3D 2N this weekend and overall our stay was very good. We arrived 11.30am and at check-in was shown straight to our room. Very clean, 2 double beds for myself, my wife and son. Very strong AC, excellent water pressure, plenty of cable channels and comfy bean bag type sofa on the patio. Food OK and good value, ice cold beers which is a must, good size swimming pool and very clean, staff friendly and attentive. Dive shop attached but I am not a diver, but it seemed busy. Surprisingly Sabang was very quiet and seems to be undergoing a big face-lift so be prepared for lots of building works. The only cons, though minor, no complimentary water, tea or coffee and no kettle or cups but once we requested they were delivered in minutes and before we got to our room at check-in we were being hassled about booking an excursion. Give guests time to settle in first. Overall very good and would recommend.
