In the middle of the jungle...
If you want jungle...look no further. Partner super happy...cottage with little patio. I enjoyed the pool and apperol more. Home made breakfast and super friendly staff. Cleanliness could be improved, though. All in all, great stay.

This hotel is in a perfect private setting in the rain forest. Around the pool we spotted a wide selection of birdlife - Toucans, humming birds etc. In the restaurant breakfast was fairly standard. For the evening meal the empenadas were OK and the steaks were lovely. Overall the menu was limited with a poor wine and gin selection. The staff were all lovely As we were in the jungle the mozzies were a pest

Ehh… not again…
Well, I tried to stay in a budget and I thought that this would be a good place. Staff was very friendly and really liked the whole ambience of being in the jungle. The rooms were just not great honestly. There were mold and spider webs all over the place and the bed had springs sticking out. And the whole room just had a damp feeling to it that I got sick from when I left. Not where I’d stay again…

Clean and comfortable - good for family
Great home-base for seeing the waterfalls. We appreciated the friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely breakfast, and welcoming pool. The pool bar attendant was very creative and made us some tasty drinks after a long morning of touring the waterfalls. The jungle pushes right up to the pool patio, so it is well-shaded with areas of full sun if you chose.

La limpieza es diaria y muy buena. El personal del hotel es genial! Nos atendieron siempre con una sonrisa y solucionaron todos nuestros pedidos. Lo único que puedo sugerir para mejorar la experiencia es que instalen frigobar y jarras eléctricas en las habitaciones

O hotel está localizado em um ambiente sensacional, a integração com a natureza é sem palavras. Mas a limpeza é precária, os foros de cama estavam sujos, e manchados, as instalações estão desgastadas e precisando de uma reforma. O café a manhã é muito fraco, servem na mesa, com opção LIMITADÍSSIMA!
Agora um ponto positivo foi o atendimento, os funcionários super atenciosos, simpáticos, e quando solicitei algo, foram atenciosos e prestativos na hora!
