I was there for a quick business meeting. The rooms are beautiful, and the views breathtaking. Although, It was a little difficult to find the hotel parking, I was guided by Carlos from the front desk, and I arrived without any issues. Breakfast is available early in the morning, always good when you are traveling for business. They are located within the Costanera shopping center, making it very convenient for a quick byte, or a shopping break.

We had a spectacular view of volcanoes and sea from our spacious ocean-view suite for a very modest price. Good value. The hotel sorely needs updating, though. The common areas, especially the carpets, are frayed. The window at the end of our floor was replaced by plywood. The bathroom is so dated it's probably impossible to clean properly. The neighborhood is a bit run down, but convenient, as long as climbing a short hill is OK.

We used the Courtyard Marriott at Puerto Montt for a 1-night stopover only but what a fine room we had! Ok - it was a Junior Suite on the 10th floor with ocean view and as such most certainly more spacious than other rooms. But it seems that the hotel has recently undergone renovation and I assume that all rooms are styled in the same modern way. The bathroom was huge with bathtub and shower. Towels were fluffy and bed linen was crisp. The hotel even offers ironing facilities, something I had missed throughout 9 weeks of traveling across Latin America... We also had dinner and breakfast in their restaurant. Do not expect ”fine dining” but we had a proper and tasty meal and a sufficiently varied breakfast buffet. A slight drawback is the location. Walking to the waterfront is easy and does not take long. But be prepared to ”climb” a bit of a hill on your way back. Von meinem/meiner Galaxy gesendet

The hotel itself was lovely and very warm and comfy. The restaurant isn't in the same building, but not a drama, but for our supper we got charged nearly 100 thousand pesos, ny partners had eaten his food before I got my steak, out potatoes and chips were cold, and by time my steak finally arrived my chips were totally cold. Breakfast was fine and plentiful.

I'm going to be a little bit more than a kitchen. It is like a apartment inside the hotel. The hotel is classic, it is not a modern hotel. - All excellent services. - Very strict with health measures. - Adjusted parking but available. - Very friendly attention, especially Mrs Lilian and Hugo, who work in the restaurant. - Fruit buffet very good. The view of the restaurant is best. - Pool working well. You must book 1 hour but it's OK. Water is mildly tempered. - Excellent location

The rooms are in perfect condition so it is excellent value for money. The best of all is that it is located in Puerto Montt, one of the southern cities most visited by tourists.

The hotel can also be located next to the bus terminal. There is a supermarket next to the supermarket. There is also a supermarket opposite to the bus. If there is a bus around the bus, there are taxis and rentals, and there are many taxis, but there are not many English. There are also a lot of meals nearby. It's also relatively clean, breakfast is simple. No deposit is required, and the breakfast money is paid at checkout. There is an English reception at the front desk. Payment in US dollars does not require a 19% tax. There is no need for 20,000 Chilean pesos to the airport.

GGuest UserI was hosted from Monday 18 to 22 July , (for work reasons) I made my dinner at the hotel , on the first day a sea and land lomo,(that was said in the letter) without any description any more come a hard lomo as soil with rice , champignon sauce and Filled with crude garlic, badly done, second day at dinner a luco bars .... dry as charki without any grace and salt, third day I asked a chicken pet with a tomato layer , I arrive a chicken breast (acceptable) with rice and yesterday night I asked a room service to give the second chance to a sandwich that I like so much luco bars .... but .... I arrive again a sandwich without any hard fun, Dry with cheese cheese and what is worse prices for what it is, it is more difficult to do more than do well , with things as simple as my orders , congratulations to the chef because I don't think anyone can do it worse , mention separately the unpleasant service , Without knowledge of the letter, the reception is unpleasant and even more when it is visible and the first impression when it arrives, the breakfast of the hotel meets. I wish they could see it as an opportunity for future users of their facilities because the restaurant every time I was there was full and I imagine it was for need not for good .
