Tuvimos la suerte de alojarnos en este increíble hotel en la Patagonia, ¡y fue simplemente espectacular! La ubicación es insuperable—literalmente a pasos del pueblo y súper cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas. La conveniencia del lugar hizo que nuestro viaje fuera muchísimo más fácil. El hotel en sí es precioso, con un ambiente acogedor que nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. El personal fue excelente—siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a asegurarse de que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. Además, las comodidades del hotel eran de primera, ideales para relajarnos después de un día de aventuras. Pero lo que realmente se destacó fue el bartender, Juan Pablo. No solo prepara unos tragos espectaculares, sino que además es una persona muy simpática y con un servicio increíble. De verdad, se pasó. Siempre estuvo atento y dispuesto a ir más allá para que nuestra experiencia fuera inolvidable. No tenemos más que palabras positivas para describirlo. Nos fuimos con recuerdos maravillosos y un profundo agradecimiento por esta experiencia increíble. Si estás planeando un viaje a la Patagonia, quedarse aquí es una decisión que no te vas a arrepentir. ¡Lo recomendamos 100%!

We stayed at this hotel for a night upon our return from Torres del Paine . The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable .The breakfast was very good with a good variety of pastries. The food was fresh and the server was attentive . Definitely a good start to the day served in the best room with a view of the water and mountains. The view from our rom was just as spectacular. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations . The fixtures from old windows and doors and the decor were delightful. It is located a little away from the center which makes it a peaceful place. The hotel also gave us the best Pisco sours as welcome drinks from the bar. Disliked · This is an older hotel ( Borde Glacier) that has been renovated and I really hope they put in an elevator as the stairs are hard to carry up luggage. Also the road leading to the hotel is extremely steep and narrow and quite dangerous especially if the driver in front of you doesn't know how to drive and stalls on the slope

Simple hotel high up on the hill overlooking the Puerto Natales inlet. Spectacular views of the mountains and water from every room. Staff is lovely and will carry your luggage up and down the stairs as there is no elevator. Breakfast buffet is okay, not a large choice of fruit, nice breads and cereals and a choice of jams and cheese.

O hotel é ótimo! Muito confortável, limpo e organizado. Tudo que precisamos nos ajudaram e tiraram dúvidas. A localização também é boa, com uma vista linda do canal de Puerto Natales. The hotel is great! Very comfortable, clean and organized. They helped us with everything we needed and answered any questions. The location is also good, with a beautiful view of the Puerto Natales, lake and mountains.

Hotel precario en varios aspectos, la administración no soluciona problemas, es necesario insistir mucho para que se interesen en cumplir lo mínimo, lo más inexplicable es que en plena Patagonia el hotel carezca de calefacción, noches gélidas en las habitaciones lo qué no permite descansar adecuadamente para poder salir en buenas condiciones a los distantes sitios de interés. Una lástima qué en un lugar tan distante y bello el hotel no se preocupe de entregar un buen servicio a sus clientes. En Chile la hotelería sigue en deuda, no mejora, no hay interés.

I spent four nights here in June 2024. The hotel is modern, inviting, fashionable, very clean, and importantly in winter, very cozy and warm. The reception team were all very welcoming and helpful with advice and local recommendations and spoke excellent English. I had early morning starts and arranging a very early breakfast (before the breakfast service was due to start) was no problem. Likewise, a late check-out request was accommodated. My room (and I think all the rooms) had a wonderful view over the water with incredible mountains in the background. The bed was so comfy and the shower was excellent. The heating also worked very well (adjustable radiator) and I could also open the window if I wanted a blast of fresh air. All in all I was very comfortable and looked forward to returning to my room after a long day of hiking around. The hotel restaurant was closed when I stayed (I think because it was the off season) and so you'll need to take an Uber or taxi into the town for dinner (short, under 10 minutes, and inexpensive trip). Breakfast was a bit limited, again, given I was there in the off season, but totally adequate and filled me up for the morning. I would certainly stay here again. It was really inviting.

Hotel Borde Glaciar was a breath of fresh air when our initial reservation at a different hotel was not honored. Despite it being late at night, the hotel staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They even called the other hotel to advocate for us. Breakfast was delicious and the staff assisted with arranging a taxi to the airport. Would certainly stay here again.

Great little spotless hotel. Staff all great and good location with amazing views. Adequate breakfast and restaurant and bar also good. It is 2 hours to TDP but we knew this before. Location outside of town also a blessing. Not a negative, but I charged meals to room and when I paid they tried to charge in USD and had rounded up the items. I insisted on paying in CLP which they did and saved a 2nd conversion to CAD and about 90 CAD. So all in all very happy with this place.
