I booked a room but they insisted that I was only entitled to a bed in a room with strangers, not because I made a mistake, but because their strategy is to claim that when a person books a room, the person actually booked a bed in a room with strangers regardless of the fact that the reservation says room, not bed.

I wish I had more time to stay in Hostal Rufus. From the first minute I felt comfortable and at like beeing at home. It was a very warm welcome, the rooms are recently renovated and very nice to stay in. More important: the great family who runs the Hostal is very much caring and supported me a lot - in my case: I got sick and Michael supported me in an extraordinary way. Thank you again.

The accommodation was very pleasant, the place was beautiful and very well decorated. Michael and his dad are super friendly and attentive and make good recommendations. The breakfast was very complete and very rich. The location is excellent close to the terminal and restaurants

Es un Hostal muy cómodo y nuevo, destaco encarecidamente la atención de su personal que nos recibieron como en casa, lugar atendido por sus dueños quiénes estuvieron pendientes que no nos faltase nada. Las piezas impecables y amplias con todas las comodidades (elementos para el baño, televisor y calefacción), el desayuno tipo buffet muy completo con varias opciones, destacar también que el hostal tiene su propio bar para tomarse unos traguitos después de cualquier actividad en la ciudad sin salir del hostal. Recomendado 100% a los viajeros que pasen por Puerto Natales.
