We stayed 3 nights. The location is excellent; 1 block from the main plaza and all the restaurants nearby. Service was good and breakfast excellent. The room is quite big and comfortable. It can be noisy at night with a roadside room as walls are quite thin.

Bon accueil. Notre chambre était petite et bruyante, nous étions cote rue. Par contre je ne sais pas si des chambres sont situées cote cours. Pour le parking demande a la réception de vous indiquer votre place Très bon petit déjeuner, du choix, avec des fruits frais. Personnel souriant et serviable.

Located right on the main street of Puerto Natales, Casa Patagonia is a good option for an overnight stay before heading to Torres del Paine or across the border to Argentina. It’s within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and bars, and 15-20 minutes walk from the bus station. My room was small but comfortable, with a modern bathroom and the breakfast was good value, as well as starting early enough for departing on tours or transfers. The only window in my room was a small skylight, which could get claustrophobic if you had to spend much time there.

Es una muy buena opción para lojarse. Cómoda la habitación y baño. El lugar está muy bien ubicado. Tiene parking propio (deberían hacer algo con las puertas de entrada). La atención del personal es muy cordial.

Estuve alojado por 7 noches en este hotel y todo muy bien . La pieza bien calefaccionada , limpia , con servicio de toallas y todo lo necesario para el baño . Las habitaciones si bien son pequeñas , siendo ordenados no molesta , el desayuno correcto , la persona que sirve el desayuno muy puntual ( está alas 5 am con todo listo si tú tours sale a esa hr , este punto es muy destacable !!! ) y solícita para hacerte el desayuno que desees( a parte la música incidental que tienen es divina .. jazz, bossa nova etc . Muy bien ahí ) La persona que hace el aseo lo mismo y las personas en recepción un 7 su amabilidad y colaboración a solucionarte cualquier problema . La ubicación del hotel es céntrica , al lado de almacenes y restaurantes que ayuda mucho . Este hotel no parece chileno por los estándares de atención , los felicito y los recomendaré . Sigan así !!

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo. Las habitaciones son amplias, con calefacción. El aseo de las habitaciones es impecable. Se preocupan por preparar el desayuno según la necesidad del huésped, en nuestro caso pedimos a las 6 am porque teníamos excursión y no tuvieron ningún problema. Coincidió el fin de semana del cumpleaños de nuestro hijo y le regalaron una torta, así como también una sorpresa para pascua. Maravillosas personas todos. Un lugar para volver y recomendar sin ninguna duda.
