Hotel Vista Marina

I liked the clean room, service and location. But has limited parking, no elevator so had to climb up and down 5 floors everytime, on the top floor the roofing on the porche was loose and rattled all night when windy.

Very good for price alil noisy at night even though offered on the website staff does not speak English room is what you pay for not very clean but not dirty either .very good place to stay if your on a budget parking is not amazing but pretty safe place for a nice car ,lot guy is super friendly

Very convenient location but the nightclubs nearby blast music until 2 am during the week and until 6 am on weekends. Don’t plan to sleep much staying here!

If you like to party and sleep late this will be perfect but if you like to relax this won’t be a good option.

BEWARE!!! The night clerk likes to hold his own parties in the parking lot with his buddies. They start at around midnight with the music blaring from their car stereos, drinking beer from the little storage area, singing/yelling loudly along with the music, and allowing the girls they have with them to run up and down the stairs yelling and screaming. LITERALLY RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR IN THE HOTEL PARKING LOT. even the clubs surrounding clubs were not as loud.

To much noise from outside

The room was clean in good condition. But the location is very noisy and hard to get parking. Other guests were very loud, very hard to be able to sleep in the night. Will not recommend specifically if have kids. The staff was nice but not able to do anything to help with the noise and parking.

I stayed at Vista Marina Hotel April 28th - May 1st 2024. It was a total nightmare ! When I arrived they told me the room rate had gone up to $70 a night... which I finally got down to $50 a night. The 1st room they assigned me, ( #2 ), was filthy, smelled of cigars, and had dead insects and black mold in the bathroom area. They told me I was a cry-baby "Gringo", and assigned me #12, which had no TV reception and a broken A/C unit. They also told me there was no internet on the property. The Hotel is situated in a "Party" area of "Central" Rocky Point, which means there are Loud Cars, Motorcycles, ATVs... and a Nightclub across the street that blares Mexican Music 24 hours a day. This music can be heard 3/4 of a mile away.... which of course means you will get zero relaxing time or sleep, unless you sleep with a folded towel over your ear. This is how I slept for 4 days. The only saving grace was the amazing restaurants nearby, with the best authentic food you will ever find ! PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away from Vista Marine. But, you will find Rocky Point and its residents the friendliest folk in the World. Best wishes, J.H. Holliday
